Okay, been a while since I did Pile of Loot. I sent Seaspray and Cosmos to Pile of Loot but now I just want to ship them, rather than wait.

Is there a trick to doing this I'm missing?

It says "Ship Now: Payment Pending". Does that mean I need to still wait to ship? It gives me options to select certain items or Ship All but when i click either button it says nothing in my POL can be shipped.

So how long do I have before I can expect to see an email saying that Seaspray/Cosmos has shipped? I just and they have them in stock so that means they got stock right? Honestly this is my first time dealing with a shipped preorder from BBTS I tend to cancel most of them because I found them earlier elsewhere.

 

Yeah, anything "pending" means thats it's processing. I don't think it takes long either.

Depends on how many people pre-order the item. If a lot of people hit ship in small time period, then it takes about 1-2 days so bbts can sort out orders. Hope that helps.

Well I wouldn't want to disappoint...

In an evenly distributed assortment, exactly what is the logic behind selling an entire case containing multiple sets? There's no discount to be had, so reselling the extras is off the table. Even if there were, desirability is so uneven that it would be a losing proposition anyway. Are they counting on group buys or something? Because that's really only worthwhile for international orders where the upfront cost of shipping single items is so high and the $4 flat fee they're doing now completely negates that argument.

Of course, with something like TitanMasters, the case for squandering $5 on them at all is already a mystery.

 

Hasbro is the one to blame for this. They could have just straight repainted the other three heads and a lot of people would have been happy. BBTS had to sell them as a set or risk getting stuck with figures that are already pegwarming stores and need to clearance them.

 

Wow....now I feel like shit for paying full price for a shuffler, haha!  

 

This wouldn't have been as much of an issue if we had gotten Toraizer and Optimus Prime like we were supposed to. But you're right, they could have always thrown in some repaints too. For that matter, why didn't they repaint Siren as Nightbeat for the wave 4 assortment?

 

Meh, I want Ramhorn to go with Lione for my Sentinel Prime figure but I'll get him off ebay or amazon if need be.

 

Yes, give me a wave with Toraizer, Snapdragon, Hosehead, Grotusque and Ramhorn and I would have bought the whole wave. I'll pass on this, if I happen to see Ramhorn in stores, great. if not no biggie...

 

That would have been a perfect wave to wrap up the Titanmasters, good choices.

I still think it was a shame they didn't use the Squeezeplay/Overkill/Clobber (whew!) mold as Snapdragon instead. It already has the same functionality as G1 Snapdragon, with the Headmaster's legs forming the lower jaw of the dragon/T-rex mode. They could have just tweaked the dragon mode to be more jet-like instead, and then we would have had a mini-Snapdragon to go with our mini-Apeface.

While they were at it, a more accurate Squeezeplay could have been had by remolding the head and claws on Repugnus a bit.

Missed opportunities, in my opinion...

 

Apparently they're being saved for the last wave. Comic accurate Siren and Nightbeat, along with a Swoop repaint would have been great.

I can understand them not budgeting for 4 new molds. Each case has its own budget it needs to be able to adhere to. That's why my suggestion to just change the paint on the existing figures to meet the budget would be better than repacking shelf warmers. Maybe even repaints weren't in the budget... I don't know.

Even with shipping BBTS is cheaper. I had them on pre-order at TFSource and it was over $60 after shipping BBTS is $55 after shipping.

 

I hope this is TT once again dropping a weird "we should have seen it coming" hint that Blaster is in the cards. And I don't really want to buy this set, so I HOPE the beasts are reissued for MP Blaster.

Anyone have an idea when TLK voyager hound and megs should arrive? Its been a while and other sites have had them for weeks?

 

Oh, i completly agree. Ive been told that the repack is to allow for people who missed it the first time to get a second chance to obtain the figure but i think that is just bullcrap. If this was still the 1980's i could understand it but its 2017 and there are so many ways to find a older figure this repack thing does not seams necessary. Hasbro could have easily repainted, maybe switched the heads around and stuck them on the excact same cards and i would have bought them all.

 

Unless miss my guess Tokyo toy show 2017 nemesis prime is about to go through processing. Arrival time disappeared. This happened with seaspray and he was in my pol later that day.
