It's helpful that you gave notes of who they were homages to, otherwise it would've been impossible to figure out.

Got some more parts in. Except for an off colored arm, Splicer-Dicer is nearly complete. I need to print out a leg with a knee joint too.

"Sky-Thunder is one of my new elite Searcher squad. He is always cracking jokes about those who sees as his inferiors. Sky can open warp gates. Thunder can cause sonic blasts with a snap of his fingers."

Note: Homage to Skywarp and Thundercracker. The arm cannons are simply Optimus Prime's smokestacks turned around. I need to make real guns. Tail fins on the feet might also help.

Sky power: Can open warp portals.
Thunder power: Sonic boom finger snap.

I was tempted to do Starscream with Sunstorm, but I decided to make Starscream in a similar manner to Grimlock, with Pretender shell on one side and robot on the other. If you have any requests, I would like to hear them. Making renders recolors is cheap.

In the meantime, here is a sample of what Sun-Star might have looked like.

"Vogue-Star is the most pompous, preening and annoying Bi-Borg I have ever created! I made him commander of the Searchers, and he leads them well enough, but is he doesn't turn his ego down a bit, I'll have to turn it down for him!"

    Note: Homage to Pretender Starscream.

Star power: Can nullify one opponent's Bi-Borg powers.

''Grand news. I recently... liberated... a number of military grade Blitzer Air Defense Units from the world protectors forces. While adequate air support, I've never met a being or piece of technology that can't be made better by splicing it with someone else! (well, except that damn squirrel!) Now the Blitzer units function as temporary upgrade units for special missions for all my non-flying troops. I plan to continue to upgrade and create specialty Blitzer units... Heavy Weapons Blitzers, Stealth Blitzers, Flavored Snow Cone Dispensing Blitzers, depending on the mission parameters of course. You never know when a refreshing cool snack can turn a mission around!"

Note: Based on the Centurions Doom Drones Strafer.

How about you tweak the designs so that they don't look exactly the same?

Note: I received multiple requests for this Marvel inspired pairing. While the Megatron head is a creative commons piece I copied, the Ratchet head is my original work, which is why it may still be a bit primitive, but i am still learning to model. I am slowly improving.

Got the first print of my bending humanoid knee in. Only goes 45 degrees back, but I think I can remold the top piece slightly to get more.

Here it is compared to a Centurions figure, which inspired the design.

Why not just double joint the knee?

I think first I will adjust this joint. It currently goes 45% forward or back. So it would make sense to add back movement by removing the forward movement.

Will add a thigh swivel and maybe an outward movement before adding double anything.

"After a tiny burning of my headquarters to the foundation (AGAIN!) my Bi-Borg legion implored me to find a way to protect their safety the next time I attempt to splice a potato with a napalm grenade. Taking this as a personal challenge, I cobbled together some spares with a splash of orange paint here, and a couple of sparking logic circuits. I created the ultimate safety-Nazi, Safety-Clone! The moment I activated this overbearing Bi-Borg it started to shut down every experiment in my lab! It went on about me using unstable protomatter without a confining field, how the warranty on my talking toaster was expired, etc. Unable work under his demands for safety, I decided to make use of him in the best way I could: I sent him to tidy up the base of my foes, Leader-Prime and his band of do-gooder dolts! Last I heard he was launching rubber nuclear warheads at their base for being too close to the natural habitat of the Peruvian cactus lizard. I made extra popcorn so we can watch the fun."

Note: Homage to the unreleased safety Megatron and diaclone Optimus Prime.

    Safety-Clone.png Safety-Clone.png
    Safety-Clone (old version in thumbnail)
Safety power: Can neutralize any form of energy (or fun) with his icy stare.
Clone power: Can copy the power of another Bi-Borg in sight, but only for 83 seconds each per day.

Went back and reworked the robot foot. I want to remodel all the boring smooth parts to add more surface detail. Working on making the inner toe removable or retractable.

The new foot now has a retractable inner toe, allowing Slash-Dicer configuration, for a simulation on Uniborg from the Centurions cartoon, in a way the original toy could never pull off because of the feet!

Ok, these are just a lot of fun. I know you shared some in my Doc Terror thread, but I had missed this thread. You did a good job capturing the look and feel of the Centurions toys.
