Wreck Gar and Lugnut I would count as well. They're fantastic toys that could've easily been put in Generations.

Except that Lugnut is a Voyager and Generations only have Deluxes. Lugnut seems more suited to HFTD than Gen. anyway since he's a mix of Movieverse and Classics

Well that's kinda what I meant. Not saying it's a bad mold or anything, I just think it suits Jacky better.

I'd hate to see things so restricted like that. RtS is more of an extension of Generations than anything else, so I'd count it. With how many painfully obvious Classics style sculpts in RtS it wouldn't be too much of a stretch to think that RtS is where the Generations voyagers really were.

Lugnut has been explicitly retconned into G1 Classics via canon material and in that material looks just like his toy. I don't know how much more self-evident that can be. It has been explicitly stated many times that toys in not only RTS but HFTD and even ROTF are intended to be classics toys. If you don't feel that they fit with you collection, that's fine, but obviously many people feel otherwise. Not really sure what you'd even stand to gain by changing someone's mind here- who gives a crap what shelf people put Lugnut on? Nobody's proposing they come over to your house and rearrange your toys. You are free to put him wherever you like. Mine's standing right next to United Megatron and seems to really enjoy it.

On topic: This has been an amazing year for official toys. Even though I was underwhelmed by almost everything since DOTM came out, practically every other figure released this year has been a winner, and almost all of my favorite retail figures in my collection have been from 2010-2011.

I actually don't think Warpath is one of the best of these. I like him a lot, but I have some pretty big issues with him. It is a testament to how great this year has been, though, that I can count Warpath as a middle-of-the-road figure. Lugnut, Wheeljack, Jazz, Wreck-Gar, MP Rodimus, Kup, Scourge and Straxus just off the top of my head are all just friggin' amazing.

I don't even have Lugnut yet. But people do call Terradive and Axor Classics figures when they were in the movieverse online game that you could play with the codes that came with HFTD figures. I mean, I think of guys like Terradive, Hailstorm, Axor etc. as movie figures but they are used as some of Straxus' troops for me so I'm kinda split on the subject.
