I have to say I'm torn. Special Ops Jazz is awesome, but I voted Human Alliance Jazz because it has turned out to be a truly amazing figure.

 

HA Jazz. I still need to get one.

G1 Jazz all the way, followed by special ops jazz (united version)!

 

I voted HA Jazz. I never grew up with G1 so I think that is why it's not as attachted to me as much so I won't pick a homage over anything else. I picked HA because awesome alt mode , awesome robot mode and awesome transformation.

I also own RTS Jazz and he would be second. I never picked him because as most people know his chest doesn't lock in although neither does Animated Jazz' and the speakers are too hard to fit back in vehicle mode


Joint Second for me is Animated Jazz. Last Jazz I own but its just an awesome figure. Homages but still is animated. Easy but good transformation and just a good figure overall

 

I honestly can't choose. As a toy representing a character, I love TFA Jazz. As a toy, I'm torn between HA and United. They both make me go wow every time I look at them or handle them.

 

Human Alliance Jazz is insanely awesome. If it weren't for Leader Starscream and ROTF Prime I might call it the best TF made since the 07 movie.

 

I would say Human Alliance Jazz.

I would say he is a tad overrated. He is awesome, but why the fuck does Jazz always have thin, panel arms? The weapon is garbage, as well. The legs seem kind of awkward, and I feel he's gonna be floppy as hell in a few years. The robot mode is nice, and a very accurate (despite his thunder thighs.), and the paint is nice. The visor gimmick is nice, and is almost perfect.
I heard someone say the vehicle mode is better than some Alternators. I would say it's better than the Jeep mold, only because I would prefer the car to a Jeep. In quality? Fuck no. The tires are plastic, he's covered in panel marks, the interior isn't as accurate, and so forth, Hell, he almost drags along the ground. I don't think any of the HA's are super "HOLY SHIT, THIS IS THE NEW AGE OF ALTERNATORS. WOW, IT'S SO BETTER." No, no. He is one of the better HA's (if not the best.), and the best Jazz toy.
As for best representation of Jazz? Gotta give it to the RTS. He has he issues, as well. The chest doesn't lock in, and the knees are gonna be wrecked in a few years. Still, he looks way accurate, and has a cool transformation. Animated Jazz is also pretty nice, but he's already floppy. He still looks amazing, but for some nice G1, gotta go for the RTS. I also have the G1 deco '07 Jazz! That tubby, panel, paint scratchy fucker.

I only have 2 Jazz molds and that's Alternators and RTS. Between those two Alternators Jazz won out the attention to detail and paint apps were a factor.

RTS does a lot of cool things at first, but then he just kind of became an awfully generic White Car whose chest wouldn't peg in.

Animated Jazz is incredible, one of my favorites in the entire line.

HA Jazz is just absolutely goregous. Such great paint, engineering and playability.

He gets my vote.

 

Reveal the Shield, then Alternators for me. Hands down though the RTS mold is the best Jazz mold ever. It's true to the character, has that original look that we associate with Jazz, with a vehicle that is not only contemporary looking but invokes the image of the G1 vehicle also.
