So the Barbie Batfleck my wife ordered for me arrived today and it. is. dope! I never, ever thought I'd own a Barbie figure, but this is a damn nice Batman. For once, Mattel did a really good job on a Batman figure. Haven't had a chance to open him up yet, but he looks amazing. The cape especially looks great. And he has one major thing going for him over the "Movie Masters" version...he comes with a Batarang! Seriously, I saw the MM version at TRU last week and was almost tempted despite the near $40 US price tag on them here, but damn, not even a single accessory? Lame, Mattel. Hella lame.
Sorry for the mess. Review can be read here: Emperor Dinobot's giant Batman figure database and review site!
I know Pixel Dan mentioned it in his DC oy Fair interview. For $60 though I'm not so sure I will bite. Batman The Animated Series - Batman & Robin with Batsignal Two Pack - Batman Batman the Animated Series
It can squeeze Kenner Batmen up to 5 inches tall, but never a 6 inch figure. The Multiverse Keaton Batman fits PERFECTLY in it.
Oh wow. That is a nice set. Anyways...uuhh... I reviewed the renegade angel here: Emperor Dinobot's giant Batman figure database and review site! Verdict: Surprisingly pleasant.
yeah, DCC is coming out with some really cool sets. the beyond set, the dark knight set, the bat signal set.. all really cool. i've almost bought that bat figure several times.. it's an interesting looking figure and i think they actually did a great job with the paint job. i just wish the head was more accurate. i think the head in the actual movie is much more creepy and would've fit this body much better.
Found a neca 25th batman the other day, absolutely love this figure. Wish they could do a 25th Joker too.
Me too or any 6 in Batman for that matter, since I bought myself a Batmobile on Memorial Day. But if not than Mattel really dropped the ball.
The Batmobile is ok at most. It's the highest one from the ground too so it does well on crazy terrain. The blasting panels are kind of annoying though, but they stay on surprisingly well. I like it mostly because it can fit ANYTHING below 6 inches in. Heck I can fit two 3.5 tall figures, infinite heroes, Microman or Arkham Multiverse. That's really valuable. I reviewed it here: Emperor Dinobot's giant Batman figure database and review site! It looks sooooo good with the others though! It's very nice, very durable, highly playable.
I will say the BVS Batmobile looks pretty cool next to the New 52 Batman. Might repaint it to match the uniform, but for right now it's a prototype. @EmperorDinobot: Awesome, the only reason I bought it is because my New 52 Batman or Nightshadow Batman needed a ride and the BVS Batmobile or Murdermobile as you call it was it and that it invoke the Tumbler with the past Batmobiles you had, but just slightly.
Selling my remaining four B:TAS/TNBA figures for dirt cheap to get rid of them. Joker, Mr. Freeze, Man-Bat and The Creeper for $50 shipped!
