    I wonder if it's a Bandai thing? I've had plenty of their shipments come out nearly perfect compared to some of the items I've received.

    Selling more items would make a difference. Some items are not sold for profit but to be sold simply to offset and cover the costs of business. That's how the big boys do it.

    And if you can't compete with that and aren't selling enough to make up for costs and still turn a profit, then what's the point?

    Maybe Bandai of Japan. The packing job on the Legacy Thunder Megazord was notoriously bad. Or maybe Bandai worked something specifically because of how bad Amazon shipped out the LTMZ. I remember lots of collectors exchanging or getting partial refunds for how bad the boxes were.

    Voltron being sold by Amazon was a tamashii blue fin deal, so it's possible Bandai Japan was more directly involved

    Wonder if this is because of the package Bandai uses. My Mazingers are not so bad at all but I still have the box with my Legendary Voltron, didn't have time to open the figures yet, so can take some pics just for fun. :D
