Well, I was browsing my local Walmart, and found this(sorry for the quality):

Notice anything suspicious? It must be a manufacture mix-up, because there are two of them like this, factory sealed! Is it worth buying for rarity? Kewanee, Illinois Walmart, BTW.

It was probably just someone switching boxes for whatever reason.

Probably a factory screwup. That's just the other Walmart 2 pack in the wrong box.

That's cool for the novelty of it, much better than the Legends Rampages with the Ravage inserts I find from time to time.

I'd buy it anyway for the Recon Ironhide.

Looks like your standard packaging mix-up. Someone at the factory must have loaded up too many of the Starscream Assault boxes and not enough Bonecrusher's Fury boxes. It happens occasionally.

Probably not worth anything as it's essentially an error package.

From what I've heard, there's a small market for things like that, but I wouldn't expect anything near or above $50 for that.
