That there done did real good, sir.
Mighty fine effort, indeed.
Guuuhhhhhhhhhhhh you did what now? Flabbergasted. Suck it Haslab!
Coffee buckets, miscellaneous parts, cardboard...I see trash, you see...A FREAKING SPACESHIP! WOW!
Sadly, I, too, am often powered by Folger's.
Holy crap!! I didn't think it was that big until I saw Hot Rod and the others inside. It's like a Transformers play set!!
That is unbelievable!!! I love seeing creativity like this. My dream project is to do the G1 Ark in the mountain on that kind of a scale. I love seeing playsets and dioramas on this kind of scale. Well done!
Hot damn, that's awesome.
Super cool ... I like figurering out your parts pretty sweet
I passed over this the first time I saw it, and I'm sorry that I did! It's a really ingenious way to make a G1 prop/ diorama!
Man, you just don't see playsets like this anymore. Great work with this!
The ship was crushed by Unicron in the movie and brown in shreds. How did the junkions and ultra Magnus and preceptor on board survive that?
super cool, but the ghost needs to look more integrated somehow, as right now it looks like an orange star wars ship got stuck on top.
any updates? you should hook up with a good photoshopper here to make some cool scenes
This is truly magnificent.
Job well done
Thanks, all! I haven't had time to mess around with it lately, and actually just unpacked it after a move. It survived intact other than the right wing/fin, that can be reatttached easily. It wasn't welded as securely as the other parts.
I don't disagree. I could have done more to blend them, but since I had already repainted the Ghost ship and was using the Star Wars turret system, it seemed like a no-brainer to merge the projects. I had originally planned on having an opening canopy hatch on the top so that I could reach in and pose the figures, but left it open after that proved too complicated to build in a sturdy fashion.
Thanks for all of the encouragement! I will continue to post more pictures when I have the time. The next projects are 1) Autobot City (about half done, not exactly movie version) and 2) Decepticon Tower (concept and parts at this point)
