I'm kind of realizing how much this "TF collector community" means to me
these days. I have met some really good people on these boards and
through recent local L.A. meetups. It is truly priceless to have folks to share
this passion with. So, I decided to express my gratitude in this thread.
Please feel free to use it to express your own gratitude, or share the
positive experiences that this community has brought you.

I'd also like to take a second to apologize to anyone that might of taken
offense to a recent "Rant" thread I created. It was of poor judgment to say
the least. I really regret making it, but it did help me realize that this
community is held together by the love of Transformers, no matter
    what you're specific preferences are...

This is one of the 5 websites that I check on daily basis (others are Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, and ESPN) so you know how much I enjoy the board and its members. Been here since 2002 and still loving it.

I 100% agree, Transformer fans are the best fans and a blast to talk/hang with. Don't let the negative fans on any forum fool you, a lot of us are a blast to hang out with.

I'm just glad I have someplace to talk with people about all this stuff. Lord knows most of the people in my life don't want to hear about it. Also met some great people b/c of Transformers. So yeah, thanks.

I wasn't collecting Transformers before (used to collect Star Wars, then stopped). But thanks to this site I was able to catch up on the knowledge of previous lines. And also thanks to this site, I started to collecting Transformers.

I remember saying to myself during the 2007 movie line, "If they made updated g1 toys, I'd buy them". I didn't know about Classics at the time. Later on I saw Cyclonus on the shelf, thought he looked really cool, but I passed on him since I didn't want to get back into collecting...I know my spending habits.

I kick myself for not picking Cyclonus up back then. But on the bright side I am keeping up with TF news this time around and not missing a beat for Generations/Reveal the Shield!

I have bought many of the Classics/Universe line from many fellow board members and now have most of the ones I wanted! And I think I have gotten better at taking good pictures by submitting galleries to this site!!

I'm happier collecting toys than when I decided to stop.

The local group here in the Seattle area is one of the best groups of people I know. Between helping each other out with all our wants and everything, it's great. So much so that we have a little local area meet-up every so often to eat, chill, and talk hobby.

Unfortunately one of those said meet-ups was tonight and I couldn't make it. I instead went to go watch UW lose 24-14 to ASU.

This forum is awesome because the vast majority of the people on it are awesome. My collection would not be what it is, if it wasn't for the members of this forum. The bulk of my almost 500 piece collection has come from TFWers. I've never once had a deal go bad! That says a lot about a random group of people on the internet. This board and it members are an invaluable resource. I'm glad to be able to give back when I can

I agree 100% too! I visit this site on a daily basis, and the amount of knowledge and cool-ness on these boards is second to none! Everyone here is really cool, classy, and are always willing to share their insights on everything.

Who would have thought that the nicest bunch of dudes would be Transformer fans and hobbyists? You guys rock!

    My ONLY complain:

I've been collecting TFs for about 14 years but I'm on this site for 4 years. Now WHY didn't I NOT know of its existence earlier?? :lol

I could have picked up more knowledge pertaining to the hobby & would have acquired more desirable pieces alot earlier..

The 2 groups which I'm in: Members whom are a bunch of   people & passionate about the hobby (just like me)

No, maybe more...Most of these people are extremists! :ev:

    I love this site.
TFW2005 is the reason my TF collection is where it's at right now, if it weren't for TFW2005, I wouldn't even know about most of the figures I own, or will own, existed, and I also check this site daily to see what's new or currently going on.

    Long live TFW2005!!!
