Hot Rod is without a doubt my favorite figure from last year. It's a shame his spoiler's plastic sucks ass. It breaks so easily, unfortunately.

Wow Hasbro... we've reached a point that you're so cheap that the G1 looks better.

Where did the guns in his final pics come from? They look cool. I think I have a G1 Hot Rod gun somewhere. May have to see how that looks..

He's a great figure, apart from his huge shoulders.

I hadn't notice that. But I would say what's equally as disappointing is the lazy all grey Titan Master. All red, orange, or even yellow would have been much better and made it a near perfect figure.

Wow this looks deplorable! Visibly hollow, dull greys where there should be more chrome. Cosmetically its semi ok (barely and at best). It almost looks like dollar store quality and nowhere near the prices Hasbro and retailers are asking for him and/or these last few debacles. Just ugh... Thank Primus ive got MP Hot Rod at least!

He really is a well-done figure and worlds better than the Classics mold. My only real gripe is how his shoulders hide the spoiler from the front, kinda ruining his silhouette.

I like him enough to double-dip on the Takara release. He'll look fabulous in his show colors.

    Great set of pics!

If I did Generations regularly, he'd be in the rotation. Doesn't fit atm tho.

I wouldn't say that the G1 toy looks better...but I will say that the plastic quality is better ;)

Yeah I'm still not impressed with this figure. Has a few nice tidbits but it looks quite poor to me overall (and no the Takara version isn't really an improvement either).

And we've reached the point where fan insults are literally more ridiculous than if you tried to parody them.

A parody of a joke even.

On the subject of the toy, he's great. A very fitting usurper for the very dated Classics Rodimus.

They're the ones Renderform did for Classics Rodimus a few years back. They aren't a perfect fit, but they look the part.

Hah, I only wish I had new Kup when I took that! Have since acquired him for the collection, so there'll be an update of that in his shoot when I get to it.

It is a crime the TR is more hollow and of worse materials than the original g1 from 30 years ago but at the same price.

Glad to see this fandom will never change beyond is blinded, nostalgia driven mindset. And they call me a loser..

I adore this figure. It's so much fun. I can't wait to double dip for the Takara version.
