    See, my gut points to those two G1 images actually being the movie series we were told would happen at some point, but why would Hasbro use G1 art when Movie stock art is readily available?

    The presentation guy made it clear they were placeholders. In fact his wording hinted at more Robots in Disguise after Combiner Force.

    What do you mean G1 Returns?

    We've gotten G1 Updates ever since 2010, it never left we just haven't gotten a strictly G1 show and I hope we DON'T! Because there are more than just Gee Wunners in the fandom. We like the other shows too and it's not a crime.

    Everything we like's being pushed aside for more G1, so there is no reason for it to return we've been getting it for years. Transformers will not survive if it keeps going back to G1!

    Why use stock G1 art when they could have used stock RiD art. And what about that Fire Convoy-like guy with the G1 Megatron head?

    For the same reason there's TF1 models in the Movie part and old Generations logo/old Optimus art from that weird cardgame in Generations. There is no material indicating what it is so they just used whatever. But he clearly said they will keep the story going with more media for core kids. A G1 cartoon made to pander to nerds is not core cartoon aimed at kids. They mentioned more webseries aimed at that audience instead.

    And there's no Fire Convoy-like guy, you're seeing the same old Ironhide and Hound pictures they've used a thousand times.
