    Contacted Joe Moore about it a while back, who recommended I contact Kapow Toys, which I ... never got around to doing.

    I never got mine either, I wasn't aware we were supposed to follow up with Kapow about the shipment. Last I heard, Joe Moore messaged me the day after the contest ended asking for my mailing address and I sent it to him. As far as I knew, that's all we needed to do. A couple of weeks went by and I just forgot about it. Don't know what happened, but somebody dropped the ball...
