Hey guys I know many of us are disagree, but right now this site is on fire and I want to give the site owners and mods the props for letting it burn!!!

Thank you all for not interfering too much and allowing us to debate, argue, fuss, vent, agree, learn & be merry. Everyone should feel a legitimate amount of freedom here. So props to everyone in control.

Peace and Love to every member.

No doubt which actually helps the site, because it is getting so many hits. Our arguing and debating is actually a positive thing and I think the powers that be understand this. They are not communist.

People on the board really need to chill the fuck out. Transformers isn't life, it's a hobby. It's not worth insulting and threatening each other over.

Threating?? what does that have to do with props to the site??

Who needs to chill? The badguys or the goodguys or both?

Why are you telling posters what to do?

Who died and made you Unicron?

you know what I do? Don't read it! If I don't like the topic title I don't even bother looking at the threads contents and if every one did that then all the crap would sink to the bottom of the forum.

But it does not work like that. The problem is the one thing people like doing more then bitching is replying and trying to show the OP the error of their ways and this just fires up the trolls and people who seem to think its RUINED FOR EVER (for what the 8th time?) and this keeps the crap right at the top of the page

that bitching about other people on the internet like this is ultimately pointless even if they are wrong in some way and maybe its up to the user to simply not read it when they know it will offend them and get them fired up. Or maybe say take the high road and not feed the trolls?

    crazy idea I know

It is the right of all sentient beings to say stupid things because obviously their opinion is better then yours.

Yeah, I told my wife that people were coming here bashing the movie. All she said was "losers, that movie was great they need to get over it". Where is the site for Curious Case of Benjamin Button? I didn't like that film so I want to start 5 threads on how much I hate it. Sounds pretty stupid huh?

I wasn't here when the first movie was out, although I hear it was just as bad around here when TF1 came out.

Frankly, I just don't see how people can get so angry over a movie, which was based off a collection of cartoons that all got their orgins from what was really 30 minute comercials with plots meant soley to advertise the toys of the brand name.

Seems the only place that's totally devoid of all the flamewars right now is the funnies forum.

I echo the appreciation for TFW2005. TFW FTW!

This is a DISCUSSION forum. If you loved the movie, great. TELL ME WHY!
If you hated it, awesome. TELL ME WHY!

It's only flaming if you unilaterally loved it or hated it, and can't cite good reasons. If you just can't stand to hear why other people liked it or didn't like it, or can't respect the opinions of people who disagree with you, then you should get offline and look up the word "forum." You might be in the wrong place.

Some of us like debating things; it helps us refine our opinions.

It's just "dignity." Self-dignity is gramatically redundant. ;-)

It's not so much that they're letting this go on without interferance. I think they just gave up trying to moderate this board.

I'd be fed up if I had to constantly lock duplicate/flaming threads or delete insulting posts every 5-10 minutes, too.

OMG that is it, I quit the internet. I'm so ashamed that I made a grammatical error. The only other worse thing to do is make 6 threads in 2 days of how much I hate ROTF. Nah...I better not do that, that would make me a real LOSER huh?
