Here for your enjoyment are a pair of new Transformers Prime toy galleries, courtesy of thedrknss48:

    TFW Transformers Prime Soundwave Gallery

These two are some of the best toys out there right now, combining chunky and easy to transform designs with killer looks in robot mode and excellent poseability. If you're not checked them out yet, then by all means take a look - you'll be pleasantly surprised I'm sure :)

I like them both, but I must say that they made Wheeljack's arms a little long. Other than that, he's cool.

I also think that his alt mode would make the perfect base mold for a deluxe Mirage. It's close enough to a Ferrari to make me happy, anyway.

these two figures are definitely among the best we've gotten in the past year or two. i love them both.

they're both pretty show accurate. they both have awesome modes, nice transformations, good accessories, and pretty accurate paint.

as for wheeljacks arms being a little too long.. i agree. but what you can do is transform the arm back up, and have the shoulders positioned so that the taillights point upwards, it is a little inaccurate looking, but it shortens up the arms a bit.

The two gems of the RiD line so far. No offense to Cliffjumper, Arcee, and Ratchet, but they don't hold a candle to Wheejack and Soundwave for sheer design, accurate sculpting, and transformation engineering. No regrets picking up two of each of these characters (one for Makeshift and one to repaint as Shockwave, respectively)!

I especially like how these are some of the few pictures I've seen that actually capture the colour of these figures correctly. Like, this isn't a knock on anyone else's work, but for Soundwave especially I've found that to be a pretty hard thing to do & I think it's hella cool to see it done right here. :)

I've already got Wheeljack, who's awesome, and Soundwave looks great too. I want at least one to paint black, gold, and red as a Soundblaster homage, but I'm thinking about getting a second one to kitbash into an Arwing from Starfox. He's got a fan mode that's got the general shape down:

I own both figures and their really great to have in hand. so far the line hasnt dissappointed me I was able to score all the first edition figures before the prices blew up so I dont need a prime, bulk, cliff, bee or arcee which molds in the RID line are far from successes. but the figures that are originals like soundwave and wheeljack are excellent.

I feel like overly-long arms are the trademark of the Prime toys... much like the maligned "huge chins" of Animated, I've been seeing too many figures I kinda like, but the arms are so long...

Soundwave and RiD CJ are also examples. RiD Prime to a much lesser extent.

Nice shots, but the contrast is bumped up too much.
