For our next gallery update, we have a look at the other July release in the Japanese Transformers Prime line, the Jet Vehicon! The Jet Vehicon is a "reshell" of the regular Vehicon - in other words, it takes the basic robot but changes out the car vehicle panels for flight mode ones. It's a nice variation on the regular Vehicon, and together with the First Edition which was a different design completely you have a cool (if a little pricey) way to assemble a squad of three Vehicons without any two being the same. This one is another in a growing number of releases that seem to be unlikely to see a US release at this time. Hot damn Syd! Good job. I've got three in my POL. Can't wait to ship. What kind of fight stand is that?
I love these guys. I have the FE version, The RID version and now just got in the mail the Jet version. The micron looks a little like Shockwave...you agree?
Somehow it makes me think of a "Special Edition" model. Peaugh has a review posted on his channel too. Still might get it anyways just to have all the different ones.
Jet Vehicon rocks. 2 of them showed up at my doorstep today. I have spent the better half of the day flying around with one in my hand throughout the house. So awesome. Everyone just must pick one up!
Kinda got mixed emotions on these bad boys! They look cartoon accurate and all, but I'm kinda iffy on the light purple, maybe if the purple was a bit darker!
Man, I'm amazed how many of you are getting multiple of Vehicons. You should be all posting your group shots Thanks mate, and the stand belongs to a Medicom Real Action Hero figure Jet Vehicon's only kind of hanging there and not very secure actually.
Having it in hand, the colors are definitely more striking in person. People need to stop being afraid of colors that are that bright.
Car vechicon & Jet Vechicon. look like they'd both make decent homages for 1987 Fastlane & Cloudraker.
