Tons of good stuff here! Ultimately, however, I have to give the edge to Coolhand.

Ack! Too many good choices! All those wonderful poses! I think Coolhand's has the best poses though.

Good ones, but I ultimately voted for Coolhand. Just got to love the way he poses Ravage. :D

Of course, Starfire_MK2, Polencius, and Zherbus are good with their characters' posing as well.

Pun-3X wins my vote, despite the excellent competition. Those effects always look great, and the action is well shot and composed.

Hey, my Prime/Megs battle got nominated! Thanks to whomever did that.

This is tough, since I'm up against some really fine competition. Coolhand did an amazing job with two molds that have problematic leg articulation, and you can see the flow of the fight. It's so well blocked. Likewise, Pun-3X has some great staging, and really expansive shots and fantastic blocking. Pol does a great job of making the brick-like MP Megatrom look dangerous and mobile against the well-articulated Ani Megs. Chaos shows us a Prime collecting faces like dandelions, and Zherbus makes Superion strike a truly heroic pose.

Ultimately, I've got to go for Coolhand here, for the way he accurately details the intricacies of a knife fight where the combatants have gimped legs ;)  :thumb

All of these are awesome. The posing is what makes every one of these sequences feel more like a movie than a series of still shots. And Zherbus makes me scared of both Devastator AND Superion, not just in their posing, but by making them FEEL like they're flippin' huge.

In the end, I had to go with Coolhand. The laser and sword fights are always the fun parts of any action sequence in a comic, but a knife fight is quite the challenge. You REALLY have to show the movements in the characters than you do with swords to make it believable. And that knife fight is believable, before we even get to how awesome it is. :D

I nominated DilaZirk but I must have missed the deadline, for the poll has no fun-ness.:cry

As always, some damn impressive work on display here from everyone. Posing the toys well does so much to add character and energy to a picture, and so much emotion can be displayed sometimes in the slight incline of the head or tilt of the shoulders. It was the reason I nominated Dila, he has such an awesome eye for subtle details of body language that convay so much emotion.

I've voted for Pun-X, he pulls off fantastic fights and battles with toys that have very poor levels of articulation. When a dude can make bricks look dynamic, you know he haz mad skillz.

Wow, it looks like it's going to be a very close call, possibly a tie, between Coolhand and Polencius.

Thanks Coolhand. That's worth much more than a nomination to me. :)

Huh, I actually expected a much bigger turn out for this category. Especially from the likes of Transdudes and other newer comics (of which I am unfortunately not very familiar with), 83.33% of the nominees are from me...

That aside, Coolhand got my vote in the end. On top of the masterful feline poses of Ravage, that particular knife fight scene really looks like something you'd see off a live martial arts stage demonstration (sans the slicing and stabbing). That Coolhand can emulate those motions so well with Alternators is a testament to his toy posing skillz.
