Now that's news I don't often hear everyday! An unexpected but excellent way to motive the crowd or the team!

 

Okay, now I'm getting mixed signals, possibly because other people are confusing the tracks, or all of you are confused.

I've read elsewhere that both Tracks 19. 'Optimus Vs Megatron' and 20. 'No Sacrifice, No Victory' were used. Track 20 is based upon Track 1. 'Autobots' with elements of Track 6. 'Optimus', so somebody is confused somewhere.

It was just used by the broadcaster, not during the game, I believe. The movie score isn't really disctinctive enough for anybody but TF fans to notice, anyway.

 

I thought it was "No sacrifice, no victory" myself.

It had the same sort of ending.

 

I listened to the "Autobots" track a couple times afterwards, it's definitely that one.

 

I heard it, but i didn't thought much of it

 

Why has this been frontpaged? The "staff" who decide these things have really gone off the rails recently, filling the home page with lots of unnecessary fanboyish crap, pushing more important stories off the bottom.

*sigh*

I didn't watch cuase they they switched to the Candian Channel meaning no cool commercials so i didn't watch it.

Now i wish i did.

 

that was cool. so was the sound of the patriots losing. go giants

 

I thought it was that, when i was watching it in the early hours of the morning (finished at around 4 in the UK).

They also had a Transformers theme for Premier League Football over here between Newcastle United (YAY!!) and Man City a couple of months back!

 

yeah I picked up on it instantly....all the people over looked at me with a "You have problems look"

 

cool, though I had to work and did not see the game it is cool to hear that transformers is everywhere.

 

Yeah, my wife gave me the same look when I mentioned it.

 

I confess...I thought it was familiar from somewhere, but couldn't place it. Time to watch the movie again!

Was it the music from when they show the Autobots crashing into Earth the first time?

If it was, then awesome. I really like that music. I thought it was very fitting in the movie.

Yeah, when i heard it i was like" Oh my god, thats from the Movie". Darn, i thought i would be the first person to say something about it. Mabey next time.

 

I guess everyone is doing using it for sports, as on Saturday, I was watching NBC for their mid day sports update, and they used it for their 2008 Olympic vignette before going into a 3 hour Ice Skating marathon
