Well every1 my TFTM Scavenger idea is happening, with alot of thinking n drawing out the plans n such iv finally been able to start this one  
im using RiD Grimlock's Excavator part (In V.mode the upper part)
and using a Allspark Brawl (iv got 2 so its ok) iv just started workin on it.
iv altered his transformations n started to sand of a couple of places, the only thing that will be the same will probly be his Robot mode, but im planning on changing that too

Well i removed the treads of the legs n replaced them with Grimlocks treads, i just need to add on a lil more of the tread to it soo it becomes a full tread.

Well in one pic that wut he looks like right now   but there is going to be more changes to him as well, but right now i wanna change the claws, im thinking about shorting it so its more like fingers then claws really and the pic of his "back pack" im going to add on weapons where Grimlock claws use to be

Well all after a long thought, i made his claws into well hand like claws lol
i was praying every single moment hopeing it wasent going to come out all stupid like but it turned out great!!
And Now im workin on his head to give him the Scavenger feel too it  

 

it might could work, I don't have a deluxe brawl... but it seems like those parts might be a little on the small side for it to really fit right.

 

Then ill probly upgrade to bigger parts, ill look around see if i can find anythin, well its an idea =)

would it be possible t mod a set of arms from movie wreckage so that the arms are intercompatible with rid grimlock

it might be possible to use some styrene to mod one of wreckages arms to form the control cab in vehicle mode and the other remolded arm froming that wrectanguler that rid grimlocks right arm folds into for the vehicle mode


by the way if you take the black head and legs from the yellow constructicon grimlock repaint and swap them out witth
rid grimlocks head and legs you get a rather believable g1 scavenger colorscheme

 

What was the question? lol So what your saying is that you'll try to improve RID Grimlock's arms "problem"Seriously, I'd love to get a solution to RID grimlock's no arm syndrome and I guess you'll have to try it. I never thought of that idea but if you think it can be done then take your time and do it!!! Seriously, I wish I had found a way to improve this guy. Or are you planning to mod Brawl? 

 

Well i want to use the lower half of Brawl(removed Cannon tops)
and then maybe use RID Grimlock's upper half(his arms n Shovel)
to create a Steam Shovel Alt Mode. Until i Get myself a Deluxe Brawl i wont know exactly how its going to work.

The Menasor Project......unfortantly it didnt work out the way i wanted too sooo i scrapped it unfortantly ='(
Im just going to keep the Motormaster(Payload Repaint) Because i Motormaster is COOL! lol

The others....i have other plans for....this time there more..... simple =)

Thanks every1, the constructicons have been a pian lol figuring everythin out, but its starting to look good  

 

just a thought... u can give him four arms (2 from grimlock, 2 from brawl) or just dont transformers the arms on grimlock...

 

Scavenger was my first Constructicon, so I've got an odd fondness towards him. This being the case, I can't wait to see how this turns out! It seems like you're off to a great start!

Well while im working on Scavenger hereeeee, I also took yur advice in my other thread, about Scrapper idea, im actully using a Landmine figure for the base   i havent done much to him, im trying to go 2 get fine sandpaper to sand down the top of him soo it will be a flat surface but ill posting pics very soon  

 

Oopsie!!  Got my Constructicons mix up!! I am now officially a TFTM Scavenger believer as well!
