(sorry for the crap pics - or rather crap lighting)

Not a lot to this, just wanted to sweeten the mold up a little and get rid of the cheap plastic look. Went with some pretty basic stuff, not too much dry brushing or anything fancy, there are about 5 or 6 different shades of steel/gunmetal/silver and the base was a krylon fusion metal shimmer (I think that's the name?) as I'd wanted to give the fusion a try (I like it, probably not for everything, but def good tool in the arsenal). I'm kinda surprised by how shiny he is now, I actually kinda like the mold - WHO KNEW?!

Hate the crap plastic tires on all these deluxes, so I've been trading them out when I can. For this one, I went with some jada toys 1:32 car I found, although I can't remember what the model was - one of the dub city ones I think? The tires are rubber over the rims, and the tires still spin, although I am going to make some adjustments still to their placement which may eliminate that (not a big concern, as I'm not exactly VROOM-VROOMIN the thing around the room anyways...), feels like they are sticking out a little too far still (you can see I adjusted them already between the last 2 pics).

Gave his inside windows a couple coats of future with some black, to tint the windows some too. That blue was unnatural and creepy.

THAT'S ABOUT IT. Pretty quick repaint, like I said nothing special. Other than the drying time (let the fusion sit for a bit after I did that), and I still need to do some touch-up from putting him back together (and maybe throw a few autobot symbols on him too!), probably not more than a day or so worth of work though.

Now I should probably try finishing some of the real projects then, 'stead of all these poofy repaints...

Wow, the metallic look is very nice. It looks much better than the original.
