That one, I was really looking forward to.

    JET MODE

Awesome. Fully loaded with all 6 missiles, it makes for a pretty menacing machine. Cockpit is clear amber. Rolls on 4 wheels (2 front, 2 rear that also spin the machine guns). Undercarriage is not as bad as it looks.

    TRANSFORMATION

Mindblowing. Lotsa panels to open/flip and parts to shift, twist and fold. I really like the transformation for the torso. It reminds me a bit of Cybertron Quickmix. Honestly, it makes figures other voyager figures like Vector Prime, Crumplezone and Leobreaker reaaaaally boring.

    ROBOT MODE

Badass. I totally dig that new look for Starscream. He looks like an insectoid mercenary. Poseabily is pretty good with joints for : head, shoulders, elbows, hips, knees and ankles. You can spin the wheels/dials on the elbows to rotate the machine guns. There are also small black hingies that flip open on the arms, I think it's for aiming. I will probably repaint the "battle damage red" on the head with a bloodier darker red. Oh, and the little claws are made of rubber.

Overall, it's a very strong offering by Hasbro. Just like Ratchet, Starscream brings the voyager class to a new level of detailing never seen on Transformers before.

It's great to see him with the missiles loaded. He looks great! I was originally disappointed with the jet mode, but I'm learning to deal. Thanks for the pics, megatroptimus.

Guns are integrated in the arms. There is a wheel on each on elbow that makes the gun rotate like a machine gun. Those wheels become the jet's rear wheels and the guns rotate as you roll the jet.

It looks rather imposing with the missiles in. Not bad at all.

I like parts of the design, jet mode looks awesome. But I don't like the legs that much.
Missiles for hands always bugged me, but they do look kinda badass.

hey, can you post pics of starscream next to classics jetfire so we can see a scale to this guy, and though i hate it, can you pose him in his chicken legs movie correct stance? i just want to see what it looks, espically up next to jetfire.

Hmm... trying but I don't know how to do it, the hips won't allow the upper legs to move back enough... Chest cannot sit any higher but it was mistransformed, I just discovered that you can spread out the two halves on each side of the cockpit, there is some detailing behind.

For the legs, that's the best I can do...

Chest properly transformed... almost, I forgot the push down on the cockpit window.

    Seibertron has a gallery up.

Try following their transformation scheme as they detail.

idk, for some reason he looks better with his legs like that instead of just the knee joint. don't mean to bug you about this but how big is the figure for a voyager?

Roughly the same height as Classics Prime (a few millimeters taller), but much more imposing.
