...Been workin' on this project a long time. Blood, sweat and tears went into making these, and there were several moments when I almost threw out the whole project. I'm glad I stuck with it though, as I am pretty pleased with the results. Re-engineering transformers is TOUGH!

These are all based on the Dreadwing mold.

Dirge uses components from Bonecrusher, Deluxe Arcee and Wreckage.

Dirge was my first attempt at reengineering the arms, legs and face on the dreadwing mold. The arms were rebuilt, the legs were redesigned from the ground up and involved a LOT of dremelling. Face was the easiest part, although getting it to fit flush in jet-mode was a bit tricky.

Thrust uses pieces from Scorponok, Wreckage and Deluxe Bonecrusher.

Thrust was my second go. Again, arms rebuilt and legs reeingineered. I'm particularly proud of the face - it's Bonecrusher's face, but upside-down; so it looks pretty original and not just like something slapped on.

Ramjet uses some bitz from Scorponok and some extra Dreadwing legs.

Ramjet was my final effort, and the most radical reimagining. Ironically, he required the least amount of reegineering. By the time I tackled Ramjet I was sick of dremelling large areas and trying to make new joints, so I tried to keep the physical modifications simple. Turned out pretty well, although if I were to do it again, I might try to elongate the tail/nosecone segment.

    Thanks for looking!

This is beyond genius, I would have never thought the drone figures had this much potential.

And you have to have the imagination of a god to put these parts together and have them work out in the end!!!

Words cannot describe. These are amazing and really unique, a great take on the characters. I think I like Ramjet the most just because it is an amazingly interesting take on him.

    Wow, man, AWESOME WORK!!!

When I saw the first pics, I thought they might not transform. You blew that out of the water.

And great job getting the results you did with the modifying/part swapping, etc.

    AMAZING :rock

Those are badass! Love the paint jobs too! I'd prefer a Ramjet with an actual robot mode like the others, but that's just personal preference. Fantastic job on all three....I was sitting there racking my brain trying to figure out what head was used for Thrust, I should have just scrolled down sooner :lol

Thanks for all the positive feedback, everyone!

Apparently I didn't wrack my brains hard enough - I originally wrote Brawl when I should have listed Bonecrusher as the source of Thrust's face. Fixed the OP now. Thanks!

people i aint saying this to be disrespectful but the guy just might equal the late tfmaster one day

2 maybe 3, perhaps 4 years tops but then this is coming from someone who believes that each transformer kitbasher has that kind of potential hidden somewhere in their person in some semi recognizable way such as it were.

Those are some of the best movie customs I have ever seen! They are all unbelievably great but I like Thrust is my favorite.

I'm not completely blown away by Ramjet's robot mode, but all three of those look AMAZING in jet mode. I think Thrust is my fav overall. That's some awesome work.

wow, that is just amazing, you've got a hell of an imagination to create these. the alt modes are just spot on, great job. Very creavite use to form the bot modes, dirges legs take a little getting used to but sure look great on the flight mode.

    Just awsome work.

I love Dirge and Thrust, but I have to admit that I'm not really digging Ramjets robot mode.

Exactly! Really creative stuff here and the paint jobs are awesome. You managed to get that gritty "real" look while also having the recognizable color schemes. BC's face upside down on Thrust...wow! Great job.

so you just remove the thrusters off the back end of the jets like prime's trailer is removed into "sub-space" in order to transform the first two, right? brownie points for imagination and execution. 'Shame they're parts-formers though.
