Now I got a good about of stuff form TFsource but when ever I preorder something I would ALWAYS have to email them telling them that it's instock and asking them if they are goin to send it or not... Now this happends with EVERYONE of my preorders with them and yes I know by now I should this stop shopping with them but I do like how you can pay for it ahead of time and with BBTS you can't. But does anyone else have this problem or are they this doing this to me along?

It's not an issue with them shipping out pre-orders once they come into stock. What you have to take into consideration is that all the pre-orders and instock orders are shipped out in the order they are received. Take the popular bruticus crossfire sets. Hundreds of those were pre-ordered, and it took them maybe 1-2 weeks just to get all the pre-orders packed and shipped out. Depending on where you were on the list it took some time to get your order ready to go. Meanwhile the site is saying item instock and ready to ship. That just meant that all the items did not sell out in the initial pre-order and there is still a quantity left to be bought. So if somebody else comes along and buys from the "instock and ready to ship" supply that's well and good, but their item is not going to ship right away. Theirs won't ship until after all the pre-orders have been filled.

It's just patience that has to be practiced. I know I get antsy when I have an item on pre-order then I find that it has come instock. It's like mine should ship right then and there, then I'm like did they skip me because my buddy that ordered maybe the day before me got his shipping notice and I didn't. OMG, let me email them and see what's up. If find out my order # is 500 after my friends, but they assure me I have not been forgotten, they have enough to cover, they just haven't gotten to mine yet. Then later in the day I get notice that it has shipped. It's not that I lit a fire under them, it's they got to my order and if I'd waited, I'd have gotten the same shipping notice at the same time anyway.

That is why I don't like ordering from them, and HLJ. They take forever to ship.

After asking them about order stacking, they replied that it is a feature that the programmers are still working on and finalizing. That was just over two weeks ago.

There have been times when a supplier has shorted TFSource with pre-ordered items. I had on order cancelled because of that. It was an item that was originally ordered for a low price. I think it was a Sons of Cybertron Set The re-order was for a higher price. Plus I am currently waiting for a pre-order that includes UN-18 and UN-20. The supplier shorted them on those items as well. I could have them ship out the instock items and wait for the UN-18 and UN-20. But I am patient and willing to wait until those items arrive since I was already charged for them.

Did they ever get Warpath in? I ordered forever ago so if they did, they sure forgot about me. :lol  I got mine from BBTS a long time ago though, no biggie plus the HTS ones the other day. Just curious.

Dah Padre has it right - it's patience that is key to getting your order shipped out quickly.

How it actually works is: Our system automatically generates all the paperwork to fill an order, once an item is instock and paid for. From there, it's all your spot in the queue. Want your item fast? Preorder early, and choose to prepay.

    What is the real issue:
    1) Problems - each day we receive dozens of problem emails ex: "I can't pay for this order, please don't charge me until next Wednesday" - problem emails actually delay everyone's orders, because staff has to stop everything/find an order which is probably already in the process. ex: packed up/issue a refund/cancel a shipping label/etc.

    2) "When will my order ship" email - each time we get an item in stock, we get dozens to hundreds of these emails. Once we received several hundred in a single day. If a customer service staff isn't doing customer service, they pack orders. With hundreds of these emails in a day, they don't pack, it means hundreds of orders don't go out each day because they're answering your emails.

So by emailing us, you are actually slowing down the process. Packing and shipping out orders is easy, all of the "problem emails" and "when will my order ship" emails are the problem when a popular new product is instock.

Generally all orders that are paid for and in non "problem" state ship out within 48 hours of our stock being received. Considering the extra packing and care that goes into each order, that's pretty good. The exception would be very popular releases (think crossfire set) or if several new releases are received at once, we once received 15 new products in one day... well understandably things may take a little longer.
