How good is TFSource? I just purchased a few things from them off of ebay last week. Paid for them Monday, and haven't heard from them. I purchased another TF item yesterday from somebody else, and they already shipped it out this morning.
So just wondering how long am I going to have to wait for TFSource to get their butts in gear? Waiting on three Quintessons and Nightbird.

So with Christmas less than two weeks away, it's the busiest time of year for retailers the world over and you're getting antsy over sometime you ordered two days ago? I think you're being a tad impatient here.

I'm just wondering how quickly they are in general. I know Christmas time is a rush for everybody, but I still wonder how good their services is.

    TFsource is super solid.

I've ordered items from them and never had an issue be it with the item or communication or customer service.

They would be my first choice in online shopping if I lived in the States. I am Canadian so Automaton toys gets my money. They are both equally as good in every aspect of online retail.

Well then maybe, just maybe contact them again.

Asking how good they are isn't the correct way to get your information.

It's Christmas, and they're more than likely swamped with orders. I placed an order last week and it shipped yesterday. So I'd say be patient.

Also, this has a better home in TF Toy Discussion sooo...

Never had a problem with them and I've bought from them since the TFC Bookstyle reissues came out.

You generally want to ask these questions before ordering from some place you have no idea about. I recommend Toys "N" Joys.

TF-Source is a great store to work with, but in my experience, can be a tad slow at times.

Don't worry, you'll get your stuff, they won't run off with your money.

Christmas time is busy for them, plus they got their shipment of the Protector Armor in yesterday. So I'm sure all available hands are busy trying to get the pre-orders for that shipped out.

On the flip side of the coin, I have had a good bit of problems with them.

    You'll get your stuff, eventually.
The shipping will be less than you paid.

I do not use them for anything anymore.

Toyarena and BBTS are my go to retailers now.

I value honesty and integrity from the people I give my money to.

I never had a problem with TFSource.

The only thing I don't like about them is when you do a preorder, you can't cancel it.

All my stuff has come really quick. Aside from the holiday season, I usually have stuff at my door four days after I order it.

    I've never come across that.

Seems like with any business. Some people have good luck with them, and some people have not so good luck to bad luck with them. It's not so much the waiting for shipment, it's waiting to hear back from them about anything.
But yea, I know Christmas time can be problematic.

"I usually have stuff at my door four days after I order it."

    That's good to know! :)

I will echo Valkysas. I had no problems with TFSource. They delivered my items in a timely manner. Their packing is the best. They're better than any of the online retailers.

i think you mean bbts will charge you more on shipping, way more.

order something on that site with priority shipping and see how much a difference is. I orfered 1 deluxe figure and was charge 16 bucks and the shipping stamp said 7!

tfsource always has the correct, give or take a few cents.

bbts has an ass excuse on how they factor priority shipping.

This is the first I've heard of this. In fact, they just shipped over 13 pounds of stuff to me for about $16. Beat that with a stick.
