Just got my order from TFSource. Not only was the item wrong, the item was in pisspoor shape, and whoever packed my order didn't think it would be a good idea to look at the packing slip
All done with TF Source! They screw up, send the wrong order, then send me an email telling me that they are MAILING me a return shipping label.WTF Mailing? You emailed me to tell me you are snail mailing a return label. F*** that!
Would it be so difficult to have a phone number to reach someone? Or atleast make sure they answer emails within 24 hours
I'm expecting to be banned from TFSource any minute now as I emailed them to cancel my account. You take my money, take your damn time shipping the wrong item, and then take your damn time to fix the issue. DONE!
yeah I've heard more actual/factual horror stories on this board than BBTS & TFCC combined, yet the bashing never seems to go in TFSource direction.
I had only one problem with TFsource and that wasnt their fault with AM skywarp.. they only recieved a half shipment and I had to wait two weeks to finally get my order to ship. But I order through both, it just depends on who has what and for how much but all preorders sans G2 Bruticus are done with TFsource, just cant beat free shipping when you make sure you spend 150$ each time.
Has anyone ever had any trouble canceling a PAID pre-order with them before? I've had 3 FOC Grimlocks on pre-order since before Christmas. Their site still says he's a pre-order and not in-stock. Yet, Toys R Us has him in-stock on their website, AND I found 2 of them at Walmart today. I emailed them to try and cancel my pre-order for two of the figures and have them refund me the difference but, no word yet. Any input would be helpful.

TFSource has gone through several periods of shady situations. Between the multiple credit card security issues, the Shadow Scyther Incident, questionable manipulation of stock in order to facilitate eBay scalping of goods at inflated prices...I finally had to just start recommending people shop elsewhere. Despite all that, they manage to shell out enough to keep those front page ads flowing, and that's what keeps the management happy.
FUCK YOU TFSOURCE!!!! I go to buy Igear PPOW5M via ebay, because I couldn't buy it on your site for some reason, then when I buy it through ebay you send me an email 2 days after the fact you realized you didn't have the stock, and want me to cancel the transaction without a refund. FUCK YOU!
Really surprised at the number of incidents/criticism levied towards tfsource. Never had an issue with them...
Never had an issue with TFsource other than waiting for an item to ship which happened to have been during a heavy restock which seems to be the case with everyone. I've received responses from their customer service most often next day and sometimes within a few hours. That said, most of my business now is split between BBTS and CP. Simply because CP has the better 3rd party prices and BBTS gets official figs in stock faster. I still go to TFsource when one of the above doesn't have something. Overall though, no complaints.
Ordering and CS I had no problems with TFSource. That's before the problem I had with my compromised cards that pointed directly to them. The first time okay, something happened with the people that handles their credit transactions. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I updated my profile with my new credit info and ordered some stuff. A few months later. Bam! A few iTunes charges thats not from my account and a large Best Buy transaction a couple thousand miles from where I live. After that, I never did business with them again.
I've never had a problem with them, myself. I prefer to use PayPal with them, but still, they've always had prompt CS and I've always received my items within a week or so.
I couldn't help but notice you posted this a while back (08-03-2012): Maybe that was the reason why you couldn't buy it from their site?
