Ok, so I placed an order on TFSource monday and it is friday but it hasn't shipped yet. All items were in stock. I emailed CS and sent a message via the website on monday and havn't heard back yet with a question concerning my order.

Does TFSource generally take awhile to process and ship orders?

Does TFSource Customer Service generally take awhile to reply?

I have had this problem in the past and wanted to know if other people experience this

BBTS provides quick responses and quick processing/ship outs but TFSource recently offered free shipping so I went with them.

 

Usually they're pretty good. I've had inquiries responded to within 24 hours every time. Might suggest checking your spam folder or trying to hit them up on twitter or through the contact us link on the website. Sometimes their emails bounce into junk folders for whatever reason.

 

I've had problems with TFSource in the past. I've always got my stuff and it was in good shape, but it took forever to ship and couldn't get email responses from them. I just tend to stick with BBTS now. They ship fast and have great communication.

 

I only have a few experiences with them, but they've always been crazy fast. Each time I placed an order for any in stock items during the day, it shipped out that same evening. Can't say anything about their CS, though... I've never needed to contact them.

 

I haven't had any issues with TFSource customer service, they've been very helpful the few times I have contacted them. They can take a little while to pack your stuff and get it shipped out, but that's usually if you pay extra for the mint box. Only other delay is if one of the items you ordered just came in, they may have the item in hand, but won't process your order until all preorders are processed first.

And the packing on the mint boxes is totally worth waiting a couple extra days if you are a MISB collector.

 

I'd debate this. BBTS seems to take two full days to get shit out the door after I hit ship. Last time I hit ship early Thursday morning (like 7am) and it didn't leave the warehouse until Tuesday.

I think for both stores there's a slowdown when new shipments come in. My above example was for the PE bikes, so they were likely shipping out quite a lot of them at the same time. Did TFSource just get something popular in stock this week?

 

Happens to me with both places. Usually takes a few days to ship out once I hit ship. Oh well.

 

BBTS is my usual go to, but I've placed a few orders with TFSource and had absolutely no trouble with them, As much as I like BBTS, TFSource has always shipped much faster to me. In fact, as Oro pointed out above, when the PE Arcee came out a few weeks back, I had it preordered with BBTS and shipped my PoL as soon as it came in. I shipped a stack from TFS at the exact same time and it arrived before BBTS had even shipped.

So my experience has been extremely quick shipping with them, but I've never had to contact CS.

 

Most times things from TFsource ship the same day it is purchased and CS responds within 24 hours. The only time things have taken longer is when an new extremely popular product comes in. I remember the Bruticus add-on sets came it took about 3-4 days for my items to ship. All in all though I have always gotten what I have ordered and the packaging be minty fresh.

 

I haven't purchased from them lately, but in the past their service was perfect for me.

 

I find that using their website communication form doesn't get me a response. Not sure why. But emailing them directly gets me a fast and friendly response within 24 hours. Email here:

Nope, never a problem with TFSource. Nothing but prompt and friendly customer service, fast and secure shipping, and sincere care over any problems with an order. They are definitely my mainstay when it comes to Transformers products.

Same thing with BBTS, only their shipping time from warehouse to actually being shipped tends to add a day in-between.

I would e-mail them again.

 

Just wondering if the OP got his/her package yet. I only ask because I seem to be having the same problem with TFSource at the moment. I ordered a few items Sunday morning and they've yet to ship.

 

I've never had an issue with TFSource, and I have placed nearly 10 orders with them. They ship much faster than BBTS I've found

Never once had a problem with TFSource customer service. I've dealt with them a few times and they've always responded within 24 hours to answer any questions I've had.

 

I just got a automatic reply and one of the people with the company is out on vacation until the 8th

 

I just wanna know when they are gonna get the FOC cases in.

 

That's good to hear man. It's weird, because I've ordered with TFSource a ton of times and they always ship my order in a day or two. This is really odd, but I'll blame it on them possibly being short staffed.
