Do these people respond to e-mails? I sent one yesterday and one today about my order. When I placed my order I never got a response saying how they ship or a tracking #. Is this normal? Thanks

Rarely. They ship your toys really well but in terms of responsiveness BBTS edges them out.

It usually take Curt a day or two to respond depending on how busy he is. I'd say not to worry. Curt is as best as they come when it comes to dependability.

The couple emails I have sent them, I've gotten responses toward the end of the next day. They'll probably get to yours, they just might be busy.

I am a big retard and I forgot to change my shipping address on my paypal info. So he got one address and I live at another. The good thing is that the older addy is my in-laws so I will eventually get the package. I would just perfer it to be shipped here =P

I've never had any problem contacting them, and found them quite helpful.

The only thing that's ever happened I guess was 1 email they sent got lost in transmission somehow. And that was cleared up pretty easily.

As for a tracking # and shipping information, did you just place the order? Because if so, they do send you an email when they ship your item. It will say what type of shipping it's being sent, and how long it will take. I don't think that they provide a tracking number though

Still, they seem to ship the fastest of all the stores I've dealt with

I've always had fast responses when emailing TFSource - in the first instance, I got a reply back in 20 minutes!

I go TfSource for all the import stuff. Have done so for years now. They are top notch, but it may take time for email as it is not a big staff.

I'm sure they are very busy packing the reissues that just came out, so give them a day or two.

I just wish they'd put up preorders for Ironhide and Ratchet already!

Heck, Curt went as far as trying to contact Takara over a pair of left hands for Sunstorm that I ended up with, back when he was still selling stuff via ebay.

Thats how they always do it. one e-mail letting you know they got your payment, and one e-mail when it ships. they can't give you a tracking number before it ships. because that's when they get the tracking number.

The bay, hell, we've been buying from Curt ever since he was just offering stuff to folks on Autocon.
(Which might well be the same time, I'm not sure. Def handled all that, back then.....)
Curt is like Chuck Norris, in that they both defy mathematical and physical laws by being one hundred and eighty-two percent more awesome than pretty much anyone else who's ever lived. Earth can barely stand having two such people living upon its surface simultaneously, and the universe would shatter if those two ever pit each's awesomeness against the other.

Yeah, you can trust TFSource. They are extremely reliable and dependable. I've purchased items from them many times with no trouble. Don't worry... there may be a delay, but your stuff is in good hands.

I might add that their packing is the best in the buisness hands down. And I almost always get a near if not perfect box.
