Nightbird is a g1 ninja cyborg villain. The other one is a quintesson security guard.
(The ones that escort kup and hot rod into their prison cells during the 86' movie.)

The price on the Nightbird isn't as bad as I thought. Sold for me.

My thoughts exactly. For that price, they better be big. But if they are, they would be terribly out of scale with my G1 figures.

I like their stuff, but their prices are too killer. The spike/ sparkplug that they sell for 30$+ is smaller than a quarter. That thing probably costs like a penny to make in china.

Hey guys! I don't know what you're looking at but those look like crappy Ninja Turtle figures. Nightbird looks like a member of the Foot Clan.

And I'm not talking about the character being a ninja, I'm talking about the low quality of the sculpt.

The animation designs didn't help. Both figures look quite dorky, especially the quintesson guard, who as a toy, it looks like he wandered in from an entirely different toyline.

Ahh more G1 toys. Prices are kinda high, but I might bite if I see a few reviews.

I've pre-ordered both of these. These guys' toys are indeed rather expensive (could be worse though), but these are characters that I've wanted Hasbro/Tomy to make for years and have come to the conclusion they will never do it.

True enough. The Nightbird and Quint-05 are marketed to be available for anyone to purchase, while the A.R.C. looks to be a "pay my bills" toy, as it started at $100 a few years ago when it first came out.
