TFSource customer service?

    Guys, has anyone managed to contact TFSource customer service over the past couple of days?

    I'm asking, because they haven't replied to any of my e-mails, and there appears to be some issue with my Crossfires order - I got a payment request, paid through PayPal (after a slight delay because I was out of town when the request arrived), then got another e-mail with a new payment request. This was all last week. I forwarded the PayPal payment information, but my order status is still "not charged" and "not shipped." I'm getting slightly worried...

    It was holiday weekend. Likely no one was working customer service emails the last few days.

    They didn't get back to me on Thursday when I need to change the shipped address to my order. The page freaked out and I doubt it sent, because I got the shipping notice today...

    Either the weekend or something with their site is up.

    I've received sporadic e-mails from TFSource over the past two weeks, the most recent being last Thursday(ish). Nichole said they were swamped with trying to get the Crossfire sets boxed up and shipped out. Coupled with the holiday weekend, I'm sure that's why they haven't responded.

    I got a shipping notice in my mailbox this morning, so everything looks to be fine.
