    hi,
    for over well over a month i have been e-mailing tfsource.com coz i wanted to pre order a MP Megatron but pay with/send a moneyorder. after 5 e-mails with no response i decited to use my credit card on monday. how does one know if they got the order (i have not gotten a e-mail or nothing from them)? has anyone delt with them on a credit card preorder? what is the normal routine?

    If your credit card has been charged, then Id say they got the order. The last time I ordered from them, I recieved an email when my order shipped... Ill have to check my records tonight to see if I got an email when I placed the order.

    check the card and no activity. dont they charge when the ship?

    No, they charge you when you preorder.

    Curt is very reliable. He's usually very quick to reply to e-mails (unless he's out of the country) - I've been in touch w/ him several times over the last few days regarding my Kiss Players cassette 3 pack.

    As for your credit card, yes, he charges your card at the time of order. One of the reasons I like using him, esp. for pre-orders. It's too tempting to run all over the place and drop pre-orders when you don't have to pay for them upfront. Plus, I can be honest when I tell my wife that I paid for said item 3 months ago and that I haven't been buying anything lately!
