So we may only be getting 4-5 episode sets, and they will only be on DVD, not Blu-Ray as well.

    *sigh*

Brian Ward on Shout's website has made it sound recently like a majority of brick & mortar retailers want only 1 or 2 disc sets of shows. I'd expect the next set to have more episodes, but I'm not sure if we'll get a complete season set anytime soon.

There is a DVD being included in the Entertainment Pack (with deluxe Optimus and Megatron, and the kids). This could be that DVD, and we're still gonna be getting a complete season set on DVD/Blu-Ray.

Well, that complete season set better come out BEFORE the sets with minimal episodes. People may not buy the complete set if they already own all the episodes. Thus, sales may be lackluster and they may not release a season 2 set.

Thank you very much but I'm only paying if the set is complete. Whole season or nothing.

I have to agree with the other posters. I'm looking for the whole season, and the option of getting it in Blu Ray. Look at Star Wars the Clone Wars for example. And, I would love to see GI Joe Renagades on Blu Ray also.

Did they ever confirm what's on the "Entertainment Pack" DVD?

This is pretty cool news, but I'm hoping that there'll be news of a Complete Season 1 set - including Darkness Rising in the beginning (seeing how those episodes count toward the first season's 26).

I'm hoping this doesn't mean we have to wait until October 2012 to get the first season on DVD. This whole show's schedule is horrible. Darkness Rising should've been on DVD months ago, not AFTER the toy line releases. That being said, I probably won't get this as the Hub reruns Darkness Rising like every week or two, and I have better things to spend my 15 bucks on (More Prime toys!).

    Masters & Students (episode 6)

What about a U.k release? Though I guess we'll have to wait 'till 2012 as these episodes haven't even been aired here yet. *sigh*
