Gotta say, that's an innovative use for the kibble. Is that just a pin connecting the wheel section and the wheelarch section, or is the mechanism more complicated than that?

Now there's a clever way to deal with the back kibble. It's both simple and innovative, and along with the sword, it gives Optimus the feel of a steel archangel Michael. Maybe it's just me.

I wonder what else you can do with the wings to make them look better. I'm no customizer, so I can't offer technical advice, but would it be possible to alter the placement of the sleeper section kibble to make it line up with the wing better? Perhaps something could unfold from that section to widen the wing. Again, this is just spitballing by an armchair amateur, so please take it with a grain of salt.

My son does that in truck mode, ha ha. 'Look dad, it's a flying truck!' :)

    Very cool.

Some panel lining and/or blueish circuitry would really make the wings stand out.

Thanks for posting this. I don't know if I'll be able to pull this off or even brave enough to try it:lol , but if I can find an Optimus for cheap, I'll surely give it a try.

So you need 3mm pins, huh?

What did you use to cut Optimus?
