I've not really paid much attention to the TFP line, since the general style doesn't really appeal, but Bulkhead does look rather good. I know there's the FE version and the RiD voyager, and an imminent micron arms version, but I don't really know the differences between them.

Does anyone have any pictures of the FE / RiD moulds side by side, and information on the micron arms version (is it one of the existing moulds / something new...?). The only things I could see in the feedback section were for the FE version.

Is there a leader version in the works?

I'm particularly after voyager+, because, to misquote Sir Mix-a-Lot, "I like big bots..." :)

If you're not too bothered about the Prime style, then they're probably both as good as each other. They both look like decent toys to me (haven't had either in hand) the FE is hugely more accurate, but that wouldn't really be a concern if you just want a cool looking Bulkhead.

    No leader sized version announced.

The arms micron is most likely going to be the RiD toy.

Also, don't forget about the Animated Voyager & Leader. :)

Then there's the TF Prime Cyberverse one, too.

Thanks for that... forgot about the resource section :)

Odd belly area on that RiD version...

I think I prefer the FE version from those shots, so if the micron version is the same mould, I'll go for that :)

I already have both of the TFA ones, it's TFP I'm after now :)

It probably won't, since every arms micron toy revealed so far is the RiD toy.

@ Autoclot: Makes sense, but I figured I'd mention those guys as well, especially given that the FE version is going for like x3 retail at the moment on account of being cancelled.

I got the FE and this topic gave my first look on the RID... stay with the FE! Vehicle mode has slight fitment issues but thats about only con on the figure. Everything else looks wonderful.

Yeah, I'm really kicking myself for not picking up the FE while I could, even the one that got fucked around in the store by someone who desperately wanted its mace. I might even have gotten a discount on account of it being incomplete. I got a bunch of others from the line though (and the FE will probably get reused somewhere down the line anyway), so its all good.

The RiD version of Bulkhead looks a bit odd. It's a shame because the FE is the hardest to find of the Prime toys. It's also the best of them.

I'm waiting for the one with the Minicon, I'm not paying up the ass for FE, and Hasbro's PRIDE one looks awful to me.

EDIT: *Hasbro's PRIDE weapon looks awful to me.

I never saw an FE one in the store except for the one Nomad mentioned (we live in the same area). I will probably grab the Cyberverse toy, since it looks better than the PRID Voyager and he's cheaper too.

I was thinking that too, but then it's like... why is my Bulkhead smaller than my Arcee?

Yeah, but I'm thinking of getting other Cyberverse to go with him, too. Cyb. Arcee I actually want to get because of that transformation. If they could just transfer that to a deluxe, bingo, we have a winner.

Guess I'm an idiot for trying to mix transformers & scale to begin with, but I guess that makes sense. In either case, the only way not having Bulkhead will be strange is if I have a display of just the other Autobots, couse then he'll be missing. If I involve cons or break em up, then its like whatever. Funny how my brain works...

    Go for the FE version.

And about the FE Bulkhead pic, the doors look as if it stays just on the sides, but it can actually go further forward, to the point that the headlights can be seen through the window, just like the CGI model. +1 for accuracy. :)

Just a question, has anyone seen PRIDE Bulkhead in hand? It could be a case similar to PRIDE Megatron who looked a lot worse in pictures than in hand.

I'm not worrying about Prime, PRID, etc. whatever they call it, since the line is just new. If a toy sucks, I can skip it and wait for a better version. It's gonna wind up like the movies where everyone gets a couple good toys, a couple bad ones, etc.
