Megs has always been a bad ass, even though he rarely ever leaves the ship.

Arcee looks like her confidence was stomped into the ground when she realized her awesomeness was not enough to kick ass.

Smokes is going to be messed up pretty good, but not dead.

I want witty Megs/Prime banter in this episode. I haven't had that since the Unicron bit.

Also, Dreadwing.... Do something AWESOME to make up for your lack of participation in the latest episodes.

 

If you're going to do it, just say the word. Self-censorship is useless. If you're going to use the word, use the whole word.

Anyway, DIE ARCEE DIE!

 

Looks like the tables have turned and it is now the Autobot's darkest hour.

Smokescreen tried to go in all gung-ho and failed and Arcee realized that they are screwed.

Oh this is going to be good.

 

Smokescreen is fine I bet. She was probably just giving up because she knew she was outmatched by his weapon. I DUINNO.

 

Anyone else notice the ground bridge opening next to arcee when megatron approaches here? Somethings about to go down  

 

I think that Arcee seemingly gives up and just stands there looking dejected - and is also spared by Megatron - is because she is

somehow working for/getting blackmailed into working for Megatron.

It's only a guess; I'm not sure why I put that in Spoilers...

 

Arcee calls for a groundbridge at the beginning of the video (most likely to flee, given the situation). why does everyone think someone's gonna come out and start sh*t with Megatron from that? If that was the case, he wouldn't have let Arcee stay alive to 'give him a message', he would just tell her to call for Prime, no?

-I'm betting that Arcee's sadness/defeat comes from an earlier discussion she had (on or off screen with Smokescreen) after the whole Jack incident.

 

Arcee just looks like she's in shock and dismayed at the same time. She was ready to die or believed that she was about to. Megs having a giant bad ass glowy sword has that kind of affect on people. (shrugs)

 

She could think that another partner has died already.

 

if you people didn't see smokescreen was wearing the phase shifter so he probably shifted at the last moment

 

Perhaps Megatron used Dark Energon to make the Dark Saber, and that is making Arcee weak due to exposure to it

I have to say my heart went out to Arcee. Seeing another friend she has come to care for seemingly get killed got to her. Slumping shoulders, the shock of it happening again and the look on her face of throwing in the towel had an impact on me. It got to her so much she was ready to stand there and let Megatron kill her. As much as she has annoyed me I'm glad he didn't. This is going to be another good episode.

 

Egypt - homage to Revenge of The Fallen? Once again, I'm excited!  

 

I believe it will be Smokescreen who becomes the next prime because they made it a point to say the main character who dies Will NOT be brought back and in which case I will no longer watch this show. I am sick of them killing off Optimus constantly for some other jerk who is no Optimus, The show was good in the beginning but its become far too dark now for my taste. So once I find out on my own by my friend who will be watching it on friday if Optimus dies on Friday then I will be done with it and I know a lot of others who feel the same way.

 

Like a little kid, I can't wait for Friday night. TF Prime is pretty epic!

guys, smokescreen cannot be dead. Isn't he going to star in an upcoming episode?
Also I thought they were on Cybertron, turns out it's Egypt........... THE FALLEN!

 

I'm actually starting to think that the Bot that is going to die is Ratchet. He's my favorite and that is the irony of my life. Plus, the way his voice actor was talking makes me think he is.

 

I can see this playing with the orchestral music of TFP for the "Patch" episode.
