Well, I guess I'm going to be buying the weekend pass now, lol. Was planning on heading down Saturday morning, but work be damned! Friday sounds like tonnes of fun.

TFcon is happy to welcome back Transformers toy designer and artist Marvin Mariano to the 2011 convention. Marvin’s involvement with the Transformers franchise includes concept works and toys designs for the Transformers Crossovers line. Examples of Transformer characters he has worked on are: Obsidian (Beast Machines), Transtech/Armada – Optimus, Megatron, Cheetor, Black Arachnia, Shockwave, and Starscream to name a few. Marvin will be setup in the TFcon artist alley all weekend.

TFcon features Canada's largest dealer room for Transformers merchandise, question and answer panels and autograph sessions with many special guests including Transformers writer Simon Furman and Transformers voice actors Garry Chalk and Paul Eiding; artists Joe Ng, Alex Milne and Matt Moylan, a costume and customs contest and fan discussion panels.

TFcon - Canada's 10th Annual Transformers Collectors Convention is July 30th and 31st, 2011 at the Delta Meadowvale Resort and Conference Centre in Mississauga, Ontario with free parking. You can book your hotel room for TFcon 2011 via the hotel reservation website.

I just made a post regarding the continuation of the original Marvel series and with this series actually being continued, would they consider picking up on War Within where it left off. This is a huge request, but to anyone attending TFCon, can someone PLEASE ask Furman, or any of the IDW staff (not sure on that note) if War Within is being considered for continuation. I would GREATLY appreciate this.

What was is called Cybertron Con or something?

My point is with that damn bayformers movie doing so well, will they stop swimming in their money bin for a sec to throw poor ol' us another bone?
