Hey everyone, just got this email and i thought i would share it.
    Here it is:

We are still waiting on the programmer to fix the bugs in the pre-order routine. As soon as you can pre-order these, we will send out an email. No rush as it looks like from the poll in the club forum that you would prefer for us to be able to ship them together instead of separately. We anticipate these arriving in late summer as the boxes are being finalized now. We could have shipped Nightbeat earlier but now we will hold them until the SeaCons are ready. This will save you shipping.

Also, just a reminder, there was an error in China and we won't ship the free club figure TopSpin until the end of this month. Sorry for the delay, we were sad as well... ;(

    Thanks for your support!

    Brian

PS. No, we don't have a location for BotCon yet. Still working on it, so keep watching BotCon.com!
    =======================================

I love the last part about next years Botcon location at the end. hehe

    Peace,
    Warrior

I would think that with the 25th Anniversary of TF, the premier of both the Transformers 2 and GI Joe within months of each other, Fun Pub would see about booking at the same location (or the same area) as BotCon 2007.

    Ebay:
I really really doubt it. Pete said they made 1200 Nightbeats and 1500 Seacons. I don't think they're gonna fly off the shelves at these prices. Although, I do think they'll sell alot better than the previous ones.

Yeah, seriously. For the TWENTY-FIFTH Anniversary of Transformers AND the debut of the 2ND Movie, IN Hasbro's HOME STATE no less,

it should be a NO-BRAINER to have it back in my home cit- err...I mean Providence, RI.

    Yeah.:confused2

*hopes once again to save all da monie$ on hotel and airfare fees*
*and spend the extra cash on more transformers*

Well, today, I just joined the club, so I eagerly await my Nightbeat pre-order to arrive. The Seacons? Not so much....

I hope it's not back in RI. Just because I hate paying plane tickets.

Or maybe I could fine someone to carpool with if they do have it far. That'd work well.

Chicago would be very nice. really as long as i dont have to buy a plane ticket and can rent a car, thats fine. even with gas renting a car is still cheaper and easier than flying.

Sorry if I'm a bit biased, but I'd like to see BotCon back in Minneapolis. As for the Joe convention, they can hold it in Providence this year, I could care less.

Didn't Brian say that they never wanted it in the same place twice, though?

Yes! Chicago would be awesomesauce. I live in Rockford, which is about an hour's drive from there. Saving hotel, airplane tickets and or gas, food costs, and anything unexpected, I might be finally able to save enough to go to my first Botcon and get an exclusive. Minneapolis, however, that could be stretching it, but I might go.

It would be kind of stupid of them not to hold Botcon and Joecon at that location given the significance it has for both lines, and damn the 'no same place twice' rule.

I mean, 25th Anniversary of TF and 2 freaking movies of the franchises Fun Pub runs conventions for.

I wish they'd start offering the Club stuff, mainly the Seacons as far as I'm concerned, in a loose option. Just in some plastic baggies with no fancy ass packaging, and without the cost of said packaging. I'm a loose collector and I could care less about a fancy box or whatever.
