Sounds like the Cyclonus bio is set post-certain-recent-events-in-SG-land...

Still wish we could get a good photo of P/CP in robot mode. Still, probably going to order since I am a member. :p  Did it say for how long the preorder is up for? I might have missed that part..

Was looking forward to P\CP, but the price just has me down. Almost $70 shipped, I just can't pull the trigger. Just doesn't seem like there is enough toy or "collectability" (fake word) there to me. Its more than the Hasbro MP Grimlock is likely to go for. Maybe they will make so many it won't sell out and I can get it cheap in a year.

    ordered 2 woohoo!

for the people wondering about the price, think about the sweet remolded head and that this thing will be sold out for sure by the time it's released

I really don't think people should expect a repeat of Airazor/Astrotrain where we'll see clearance pricing on Punch. Much more likely that we'll see a repeat of the Seacons and have him sell out. Cyclonus... not quite so sure on. But it's a great mold so I expect it will sell decently enough

I was hoping P/CP would be a little closer to the price for Nightbeat and Cyclonus, but that new head is intricate enough that's it's understandable. It's going to be a long wait until July.

It's also making the price tag for Defender not seem quite so bad. Hrm...

Easily ordered, but like most I completely disagree with the price, only people that can pull those prices are FP and they design stuff from scratch not just slap a new head on an old figure.

Do any of you remember the Seacon set? It was highly desirable and sold out very quickly. I predict the same for these, that's why I ordered multiples! These will turn out to be excellent trade bait down the road!

I may not care much for the Botcon sets of 2009 and 2010 (so far...2010 might surprise me), but FP knocked one out of the park with this Punch/Counterpunch. Good job, guys :)

If I join the club now, do I get next year's figure and the discount on P/CP? I really didn't want Dion.

Finally. I'm not keen on the price for P/CP, but it does look like a neat figure, so I'll bite the bullet and spring for it. My membership expired last week, so I'm stuck paying $100; hopefully next year's freebie will actually be something worth getting.

I forget, since it's been so long since the Seacons: Does FP charge for pre-orders immediately or not until the figure ships?

Just join now and pre-order Punch at the same time. You'll get the lower price on Punch and next years figure. If you don't like next years figure, sell it when you get it. You'll end up much better off than just paying the $100 on Punch

    Yes indeedy

I've had the stupid site open in a tab for weeks (actually months at this point) waiting for P/CP to become available. Awesome. :D
