TFCC broken figure. Help !!

    I just joined the TFCC and ordered the four Transformers that are part of the club combiner figure, but my Landquake came with a broken foot. Has any one else ordered from the TFCC and received a figure that was broken, and if so will the TFCC exchange it ? I am new to this fourm stuff so any help would be great.

    I would email Brian directly from the site and ask him... I've never had your specific problem, but they're pretty great with communication and customer service from what I've seen.

    I'd contact their customer service. They should replace it for you. I've never had a problem with stuff from them, but I know they have great customer service and the like (one of the better parts about the club) so I'd just give them a ring and see what they'll do for you.

    I had some very small issue with my breakaway, a lose arm and stress marks and they exchanged it for me no problem.

    Yeah Brians cool. I emailed them with something nasty (I was upset turned out I was totally in the wrong) and Brian was very cool and understanding. I love those cats. They'll probably replace your Landquake no prob
