Well some people do reviews that way to simply just review the figure. Not everyone includes instructions on transformation i guess...

When I decided to try doing video reviews back in October, I chose to not show transformations. My reasoning was largely based on aesthetic. I figured it'd look clumsy and awkward as hell watching me fiddle around with a figure (especially if it's a complex one) while trying to keep it in frame the whole time. (I'm still trying to get better at simply keeping my hands at the edge of the frame as much as possible so the camera stays focused on the figure.) I generally skip through the transformations when I watch other people's video reviews, so I suppose that biased my thinking a bit as well. This policy isn't set in stone, however; I'm willing to give on-screen transformations a try, though I might only start doing so with figures with relatively simple transformations at first.

Yeah... I probably could have managed it with him. Maybe I'll try it with Dr. Crank, or if I get the iGear Huffer.

    Thanks!

Wow. I am really starting to like these guys as a unit. I am looking forward to getting all of them. They are starting to test my patience.

I did not know there was another forum for that. This is the 7th review of a third party toy I have done in several weeks. I will have to remember that for next time.

It's a recent change to the forums, only a couple days old now. This would have been the right place a week ago.
