For example, this part would be taken off. So, my idea is to replace a larger crotch so that make it look more toon-like and nicer proportion.

 

Yes, I think it could be done...I haven't designed anything yet, but I'll consider it. Only challenge is a) finding time b)priortizing it among other projects. But it is a very nice idea...

 

I wish someone would include screw covers for the blue jet sometime - though I guess if I wasn't so lazy I'd just make my own by hand crafting them.

 

I remember TFC Toys having other combiners. Wondering if the limbs are interchangeable with other combiner teams.

 

i believe the limbs use the energon style connectors so anything with those connectors would be compatible (though i could be mistaken)

 

Yes, the last TFC combiner to use them was Hades. Also, their Predaking has some limb bots that have Powercore combiner ports on them too.

 

Oh that reminds me I have never tried The Fallen PCC bits on the TFC limb's mini-torso modes. I expect the colours would look good.

 

Thanks for finding this pic..I couldn’t find it at all. Well I just sold my Hasbro set for Hades. This was my original plan but I liked Leozack bot mode(I have a thing for chunky nice plastic figures) so much I sprung for the rest of the set. Hasbro deluxes were too small anyway. Now I gotta play catch up on this thread, I saw there was recently an upgrade out there.

Yes, it works. It makes the figure stand up right. But it can't do any pose with knee bend. Therefore, I am still considering to have echotransformer's one on Shapeways.

 

Go with the @ShadowOfSilver upgrade set, fixes a lot of the stability issues and is pretty cheap

 

TFC's Liokaiser is gorgeous, too bad it's plaged with issues...

 

I really wish Zeta would take a shot at him and Computron (cause I'm unsatisfied with the few offerings we have of him)

 

The new wheels might not be on the crotch, but I do think my upgrade kit does a lot for the proportions and stability.

Thank you. I found your post and video on #3211 (page 161). I like your design on Drill Horn making the drill in right transforming just like the cartoon show.

 

For me it will be a pass, I don’t like how Zeta design their combiners... The amount of cheating is just too much for my liking. I have Armageddon and I don't like him very much tbh, Zeta's Liokaiser would look good though...
