Mitch, nice review, though the music could do with turning down. It drowns you out in several places.

The figure, hmm, not so great. The legs look awful to me, and the price is just a joke. Each to their own, though.

Oh and Smog, you totally hit the nail on the head there. Posing my figures is where I get the most joy from them.

Thanks! Agreed on the music. Started and stopped to soon. Need a quiter build up! Thanks bud. The price does suck and the knees kind of look bad, but its needed for a fully articulating arm. And that arm looks amazing!

46+2 didnt start with tool. Its a scientific theory that Maynard from tool wrote a song about that related to his hold-ups over his wifes death and how he needed to search within himself to evolve beyond his current state.

Its actually quite a bitchin theory about inevitable human evolution. :)

Yes Ive heard a little of the theory. Not totally remembering what it all entails. The 46 are chromosomes right? I didnt think the theory was called that though, I thought he just named the song that based on the theory's premise. Also didnt know that about his wife either.
In any event, its a killer tune, and I'm pretty sure I've heard it in the Captain America Trailer.
Take care bud and thanks for the info

I think it describes most of us. I think one of the reasons I became a TF collector was because the process of transforming and posing them gives me a bit of that feeling of being a kid. They're not just on display. It's not a collection of statues (which would be sort of boring). This fandom can probably be loosely divided between those who "play" with their toys, and those who prefer to keep them frozen in plastic prisons. :)

As for Exgraver's legs... they look a bit goofy to me, but that doesn't really bother me because their design is prescribed by G1 Scavenger, who was always pretty goofy looking himself. If he had cooler legs, he might not look so much like the character.

So there are now people who critique the critique (give me an fing break). Great job on the review, there are no rules in how you DO a review. For anyone who critiqued it, go grab your camera and do a review. Until then stifle yourselves.

Loved the review keep it up.

Nope, but if the most important thing in your life is to critique a toy review then I wish I had your problems.

Awesome review man. Really love you stuff and I love this figure. Had him for just over a week and he is really solid. My figure has a bit of a loose left hip though. Had to put some superglue in there to tighten it up.Really enjoyed the Megatron and Shockwave ending. Keep it up. Really dig it (get it......awwww nevermind). XD

Kinda bummed they never found a way to work the hand into the arm, but the fact that he actually BECOMES an arm and doesn't just attach over one is a plus. However the method of attaching the hand in robot mode is kind of a negative. Though again, fist storage in vehicle mode is a plus. Ugh, I want to buy this bad, but it's just so damned expensive.

Also it's supposed to be Scavenger, not Scrapper.

Nah, it's fine, but that crane arm pulls the figure to the left.

Can the legs extend at all in bot mode?

    Can the 2 guns combine?

I finally broke down and ordered this last night after weeks of being undecided, and this review has made me glad I did. It's too bad there's not really a place for the fist in bot mode, but I really like the way it integrates into the vehicle mode. I love how poseable the arm is, definitely better than I was expecting. Thanks for the review!
