The Strachan family assumed the reins as the third owners of Comic ink in August, 2010. Since then, we’ve been reconfiguring the store to showcase a wider selection of comics, toys, and collectibles than Dublin has ever seen in one location. We proudly offer expanded children’s reading and for the first time ever, a true graphic novels section. Comic Ink is a work in progress with a set of end goals in sight: Aesthetically pleasing—we’ve repainted and rearranged stock Fully stocked—yes, even the back issues that so many shops won’t look at carrying today and we are no longer all “tights and flights” User Friendly—we want things to be easy for you to find on your own… but if you can’t, then… Great customer service—we’ll go out of our way to help you find what you’re looking for AND we’re the only store featuring an oil painter doing her thing live for all to see on Saturdays! We don’t just sell comics and toys, we also actively support the creation of comic art. To that end, we sponsor as many live events for up and coming artists as possible and we have an artists’ section housing many good “how-to” books. damn that's like a 35 min drive from my house it just sucks that I work that weekend otherwise I'd be all over these =(
so wait let me get this correct they are charging $40 per box of two bots or for the entire set of both boxes I am how you say confused
Woah, woah, WOAH. There's a San Jose toy show and I didn't know about it!? Now I'm a little sad... There's no way my parents will make time to go down there... Oh well... Those figures look nice though...
Admission is $15 for "early birds" (9-11) and $5 after that. We wont be bringing a lot of TF's ourselves, other than giving xterry some space at our booth for TFC and Mastermind, but there are several dealers who are almost always there with nothing BUT TF's
lol someone give me money so I can make the trip and buy them the bots lol I totally would waist 5 hours of my day to make a trip to buy someone the pair of boxes but only if someone paid me to. just saying....
Yeah, they got to xterry the week after the AOD show was over. I have some still at the shop as well as the "Shattered Glass" Knight Morpher Optimus, apparently they will also sell at other shows (I'm pretty sure they WONT be at Botcon though) but I don't know which ones...
