I just received my TFC Exgraver. Everything is awesome except the ball joint for the head is super loose and the left leg hip ball joint is super loose and will not stand with the shovel attached to the left arm. I have been reading up on the future floor wax fix, but I am wondering if you would try to pursue an exchange for a figure this expensive? Have any other members had this same issue with this figure? Do you think I can expect this same type of thing with the other 5 figures?

Thanks for your advice in advance!

Mine had loose hips too, so it's not worth the exchange, as you'll likely get the same problems with the exchange.

The cool thing about ball joint fixing is that you never see the fix cosmetically, so it'll still look as mint as it does now, but just work like it should.

    Hope that helps.

I have read that you just put a few drops ( 2 to 3) of future in the joint. Work it a around a few times and then let it sit for 24 hours. Is that what you would advise also?

Pretty much. You could use a brush as well. Let us know the results.

Mine have the same issue. But the head isn't holding any weight aside from itself so I let it go. The hip I just fix with polish

So it would be safe to say you polished your knob?

    Sorry, couldn't help myself.

You buy it from the future.

Either that, or google Future Floor Polish.

Or better yet, Google Waxing your knob.

Update - Got some future and applied it liberally to the loose hip joint. 24 hours later it is perfect. I didn't know which future to get. They have one for hard wood and one for vinyl flooring. I got the one for vinyl. I actually ended up going through a couple other figures and fixing them up also. Works awesome!
