I'm really tempted to get Hellbat and Guyhawk, but then I'm sure I'd eventually want the combined mode. From all the reviews I've seen, Liokaiser doesn't look to good though.

No prob. I saw it at BBTS and was wondering what the prices were. I was also hoping for Poseidon to be on sale. It looks awesome, but I need to save money for baby #3.

I get it, lol. I had to get Warbo Computron when I bought the Unique Toys Abominus.

He's actually not bad. But his side mirrors are easy to break, the feet are small but have a bigger heel and a piece that you put together in the front bumper is a pain to split apart to put in bot mode.

    Who would've thunk it?

I wouldn't get it for an MP collection. I would recommend MT Gundog or FT Willis. But I guess it's not bad if you have to watch your money.

Wow. That price for Hades is hard to beat. I may cave and buy it. I don't like that it's so out of scale with my CHUGs (which is where it would be going in my collection) but it looks better than Hasbro's Platinum Edition and it doesn't seem like Takara will be releasing one any time soon.

K guys, since you all seem like savvy TFC kinda consumers, was wondering if you'd be interested in a turdburger for a whopping $9.99, free shipping ... its hot doo doo, but hey, dat price tho ... :)

IIRC, the set also came with the Rage addon. So even more bang for your buck.

Is it silly that the only reason I want the TFC Predaking is for the option to make each limb a PCC Commander? Still wish there was a market for extra limbs... only ones we got were the Maketoys tank limbs, and the PCC Iron Army (which never got that 5th figure they teased for a Core bot). BTW, if anyone else actually liked the PCCs whatsoever, those Iron Army limbs at 25$ a pop is actually worth it. They're neat limbs that fix what *should* have been the PCC gimmick to start with.

I think we're seriously the only folks here that *like* PCCs... hehe.

BTW, did you see the Green HerQules is just 40$. If I had the United EX Buildmaster, I'd so get it. (Also wished the G2 version was sold at this price, as he fits better with the PCC Constructicons Hasbro made.)

Ah, what the hell... I know he's kind of crappy, and I already have Feral Rex, but I preordered Ares anyway. BBTS isn't expecting him until July, so I have time to change my mind.

Another combiner blowout... at this point, I'm not going to preorder anything and wait on clearance sales.

Why pay 80-90 a figure when you can get them for half price down the road.

I don't have any extra money to spend until a week from now, so I'm going to hope that these stay in stock long enough for me to have my pick. I'm definitely going to pick up the Iron War series. I've had my eye on them for a while, and finally getting them would be cool.

Also, how is the Prometheus team as a combiner and as individual figures? I have CW Defensor, and he just doesn't do it for me as a combiner. I like the individual robots, but the combined form on him just looks kind of stumpy and gappy. To people who have him, is Prometheus any better, or does he suffer from the same problems CW Defensor does?

While I would have had to pull the trigger if Poseidon was on the sale I wasn't expecting it to be...the other one I would have gone for just to mess with would have been Photon, surprised that old toy wasn't part of the clearance...

I've liked Minos from the start, so at $50, it was impossible to say no. I don't need the full set, but his design is stellar.
