TFA's Exec Producer Named EVP/Creative Affairs for WBA

Warner Bros. Animation names Sam Register as its new EVP/Creative Affairs. An animation industry veteran, Register will report to Warner Bros. Television President Peter Roth. In his new position, Register will oversee development and production of new animated programming and content for all distribution outlets, as well as working with Warner Premiere on the studio's animated direct-to-DVD releases. Register joined Warner Bros. Animation in November as a producer with a multi-property development and production deal. Previously, he was an animation executive and, later, producer at Cartoon Network, and then served as Executive Producer on Transformers: Animated.
