I almost didn't bother to put this up, because it's so obvious and straightforward, but I figured it's not like the board is going to run out of room, so here's my TFA Terrorsaur.

Obviously he's a repaint of TFA Swoop. The only modification is his energon cutlass, which is notable for being my first time using styrene. Go figure. I thought since Animated's version of Waspinator was a lot more feral than his Beast Wars counterpart, it made sense for Terrorsaur to be a little more in-your-face with his fighting style. The pirate motif seemed to fit.

I made Terrorsaur for two reasons. First, you can't have Waspinator without Terrorsaur. It's just not done. They're partners! Second, Beast Wars Terrorsaur was one of the first Transformers I ever owned, along with Airazor. With such a perfect mold available, I couldn't resist.

I know it's hard to tell from these pictures, but I did pick out the circuit board pattern on his wings in a drab green to match the speckles on his original character model.

Continuing the little backgrounds for my Animated Beast Wars customs:
Blackarachnia was astonished to find that the world she and Waspinator were stranded on was inexplicably encircled by numerous stasis pods in a decaying orbit. Using a crashed pod, her technorganic experiments and data collected while on Dinobot Island, she created Terrorsaur. While much more intelligent that his Dinobot predecessor, Blackarachnia was chagrined to find Terrorsaur possessed an abrasive, scheming disposition. Nevertheless, he has formed a strong, if unconventional friendship with his fellow flier, Waspinator.

    And finally, prehistoric slapstick:

Great work here! Paint job is factory-smooth, and the color scheme works really well. I love the comic-style pics too :)

That's why I gave him a smirk! As Scorponok said, he's a smirker! He wasn't really a snarly guy; he pretty much rotated between smug overconfidence and abject cowardice.

My TFA Tigatron and Airazor can be found here.

Fear gas, eh? Now where have I heard that before... Heh, seems like more of a Tarantulus-style attack, don't you think?

Glad to hear it! I like to present my guys in as entertaining a manner as possible!

I'd have been upset if you hadn't shared this due to thinking (wrongly) that there's such a thing as "too obvious and straightforward"

Seriously cool. Don't forget the group shots. I love me some groupshots :)  You are the Animated BW master! And yes I too enjoy the background story as much as the other. (where I normally don't bother but I've got a thing for BW)

Keep it up! Can't wait for the other preds, Rhinox and.... Tigerhawk!
