I just got safeguard yesterday and i noticed that on the left inside of each twins legs was the number 83041 engraved into the plastic. Wonder if theyr'e numbering these now to keep track of figures in the factories.....

You mean you think each figure has a different number molded into its plastic?

I doubt that... I believe many toys often have a number imprinted on them in an out of the way place... but the same number(or a couple numbers) are on all the figures from a mold.

I'd guess it's more about labelling the parts/sprues/molds for the logistics of manufacturing.

just a guess.. but I think it's an identification number of what factory it was made in.. all TF's now have a number like that molded into the toy.
