Totally running out of space in my room, don't feel like having a room full of Transformers like a toy store.

However, I still would like to get some of the TFAnimated Series.

Your opinion will be highly appreciated, which ones do you consider them as "must haves" and the reason!

I personally looked at the pictures and they all looked good :p

Lockdown is not only the largest deluxe ever made, but the figure actually has more personality than the character on the show. The figure is tall, striking and quite posable.

There's an issue with the wrist articulation to watch out for, but with one hand having a hook, it's only half a problem.

    Hmmm, tough decision to make.

I have 7 so far: Black Arachnia, Ratchet, Bumblebee, Bulkhead, Starscream, Prowl and Lockdown.

I will rule out bumblebee and bulkhead off the bat. BB is akward to pose and has kibblish feet. Voyager BH's size doesnt do the character justice and he has major back kibble.

Black Arachnia, Ratchet and Starscream are pretty decent. Good for posing, but they all suffer with a some kibble.

So I guess Lockdown and Prowl I'd say are must haves. They both look totally wicked in either mode and have damn good articulation. Also the robot modes expand to look way bigger than the alt modes (especially Lockdown) which is awesome.

Incase you do pick up Lockdown, you may want to consider getting Ratchet as well as the arm mounted EMP on Lockdown fits on both characters a la "Thrill of the Hunt"

I cant speak for the figs I dont have yet. Hope that helped.

I've got 16 and the outstanding ones are

    1) Leader bulkhead and Voyager Bulkhead - sooooo original and such cool solid characters
    2) Earth Mode Megatron - nice heavey figure and the best G1 -esque megs bar none
    3) Jazz - total love, great poseability and great homage
    4) Grimlock - see above :)

Bottom line is they are all great, the line is pretty much total stand out and you cant really go wrong

For me the must haves of the pics I've seen are Cybertron Optimus, Starscream and Soundwave.

Must haves, regardless of size class & availability:

Leader Megatron. Awesome design, one of the best Megatrons EVER.

Jazz and/or Prowl. Cyber-Ninjas with superb articulation and detailing.

Lugnut. A personal favorite of mine, tiny package of awesomeness.

Lockdown.... he's a good toy and all but I recommend waiting for the repaint to see if they fix that little hand problem.

    LEADERS:

Bulkhead, Megatron (Earth Mode). Ultra Magnus hopefully coming soon.

    VOYAGERS:

Starscream, Bulkhead, Cybertron Megatron, Grimlock, Lugnut, Optimus (Earth Mode).

    DELUXE:

Cybertron Prime, Bumblebee, Prowl, Blackarachnia, Ratchet, Lockdown.

Plus there's one Supreme, Roll-Out Prime. But I for one think it sucks.

I wont repeat what alot of said, but those not mentioned in my opinion worth getting are...

Blitzwing, since he has never had another toy since G1 and is totally awesome and very show accurate, minus the lil kibble in jet mode, tank mode is simply awesome as robot mode.

Also Soundwave. May be the smallest next to BB I think, but he has not had a decent figure since, well, G1 as well, maybe Cybertron.

    I love these two!

Must Buys for me: Snarl and Swoop. I need updated Dinobots! (But not ones with exposed heads in dino mode.)

I originally had Earth Mode Megatron and Blitzwing on my Must Buy list as well, but removed them after seeing pictures/videos of the actual toys. Megatron looks way too simple for a Leader-class toy; I'm also not keen on shelling out for Leaders anyway. Blitzwing's alt modes just don't cut it for me. It's why I passed on Classics Astrotrain and why I'm passing on Animated Blitzwing.

None of the other Animated toys have that "must buy" quality, IMHO.
