Well I'm kinda likin' where Steeljaw is goin'!

But be careful, a lot of those multi-colored modelling clays don't take so well to being submerged in molding silicon. (Or rather the clay inhibits the cure of the mold-material), so do a SMALL test before trying to make the jump to plastic, lest you lose all your hard work! (My first would-be kit got destroyed that way)

Clear coat it, let it dry, and do it again. no matter how good you think you got it on the first try, you'll always miss something.
Also, give the proper time for it to fully cure before the different coats. On my primus head I krylon primered the sculpy which was fine, then tried to do a second coat and it took forever to stop being tacky.

I will eventually be getting around to casting them, however it may not be for awhile, and when i do i wouldn't know what to charge or anything, but when the time comes around i will get more information, which ones did you like the best?
