    It is a base figure with alternating parts, but then thats exactly how DJW designed them.
    If you examine the character you can see the same underbody being used over and over.
    As for the jaw its probably just the angle the head is. The head is on a ball joint so it can be set however you like. I based the sculpt on the control art shown in the Allspark Almanacs

    My intention is to try and make ALL of the Animated characters...and that might take even longer.
