Would you rather have a TF3 movie and it be the end of movieverse, OR have a cartoon of movieverse characters, locations, designs, and continuity. And no, Bay would not direct it.

Or we could have a TF Origins movie where the movie 1 prequel, ROTF bridge, and TF3 bridge, and TF3 epilouge could be included. All the little holes will be explained.

That would be cool if done right. Wasn't Animated a take off from the 1st movie?

They might do all three. The movie franchise makes SOOPER DOUGH, so they are going to continue it even after TF3, you'll see.

Film three, solid trilogy, let the franchise then move on to the next cartoons, the next comics, and the next new continuity for films. No Bayformers cartoon, please.

How about TF3 and after that maybe a prequel to the first movie and a mini series between TF1 & ROTF and ROTF & TF3 to explain everything and fill the little holes.

But probably well just get TF4 after TF3...

I'd like Transformers 3 to wrap up the movie universe. The movie universe just isn't a very appealing place to me so they would really have to change some things if it's going to be something for me to enjoy.

A cartoon would really have to pick up things in the character department, toughen up the bad guys, and a better plot than humans and Autobots team up to kill Decepticons left and right.

Unfortunately, the $$$ seems to suggest that you are in the minority here.

TF3 and maybe a cartoon would be nice but, I don't really want a prequel.

This is very logical thinking.Maybe expand the movieverse through a cartoon after the 3rd movie? Or just start anew with a whole new story.

How about a well written, action packed, sensible TF 3? And after that, they can determine if they want bridges and prequels.:thumbs2:

I think they can continue with live action films past the usual 3. Why can't Transformers be a long series (albeit many continuities) in cartoons and films? Spiderman is going for a 4th, Saw keeps going, Shrek is going for 4, and Pirates of the Caribbean seek out more than 3 films as well. This year alone Star Trek added to their heap of movies and the Terminator films showed us weren't limited to three either. There's too much available in the Transformers mythology to keep to three films. Hundreds of characters and dozens of elements from comics and cartoons can be intertwined into great live action films for years (and the cries of oldschool, hardcore fan boys yelling "rape!" throughout won't go unheard either I'm sure). Who's to say it's all live action TF either..I see great potential to do a Transformers Animated film. I'd prefer a theatrical release, but I'm sure a direct to DVD would be the course if the idea ever happened.

Yes because money means people will love it forever and ever with none of it ever getting old.

Well let's see, lots of people PAID to see it, people keep PAYING to see it. All this in spite of the critics who thought unenthusiatically of it. Gee, you might be right, those people at the theatres buying tickets must think they're buying something else like bread, gasoline, etc and in no way know they're supporting a movie.

Is there any other franchise out there where the fans are so obsessed about the money?

The way money is a defense for everything you'd think we collected spread sheets and quarterly reports instead of movies, toys, and comic books.

I say TF3 and then start the Live Action BeastWars franchise but a little sooner in the past where prehistoric humans start to talk so they can have characterization. because i dont see them doing it a Live Action BeastWars Movie without the prehistoric humans talking.
